It was a great little getaway

Very nice room and great location. The view is absolutely beautiful, we will definitely be staying again!

We loved the location and were very pleased with our stay. Some previous reviews had left us a bit nervous, especially from the parking point of view, but we were pleasantly surprised to find same floor, reserved parking. We would definitely stay here again

It was okay. The carpet was soaking wet from the cleaning ! No biscuit pan ! Several roach bugs ! Don't be surprised with parking fee like I was ! With all the extra add on fees you would think this would have been included! Couch needs cleaning!

Do not stay in this room! This room was dirty when we showed up food on the bed, closet doors hanging of the wall, none of the beds were made. The sink in the kitchen sprayed and leaked everywhere we had to use towels to try to keep it dry. The people who manage this property sent someone one up and they used a washcloth wrapped around the faucet to stop the leaking until they could come back and fix it. Which took them 3 days to fix and one of those days was Easter. The people who manage this property the rude and unprofessional and get stuff done on there own time. We were told we would be compensated for 2 nights because of how terrible are experience with this room was. It’s been about a week and I’m still waiting to here back from anyone. I would highly highly advise anyone who is looking at this room to do yourself a huge favor and don’t waste your time. Unless you like having a dirty unprepared room and people that manage it to not help you out at all! Our family loves Shores of Panama but we would never ever stay in this room again or go through panhandle getaway ever again.

This property was the perfect location in the condo. Corner unit, with awesome views of the gulf & the pool. Everything was wonderful and just as described. The only complaint I have, is that the property hadn't been cleaned when we arrived!! I understand that cleaning does take longer now, due to COVID, however, when we notified front desk that it had not been cleaned upon our arrival (4:15pm), they guaranteed it would be ready by 6pm. We were okay with this, since we were already ready to hit the beach/pool. However, it was dissappointing to arrive back to the unit at almost 7pm, to find that the cleaning lady had JUST ARRIVED! We left out luggage in the middle of the floor and relaxed on the balcony to stay out of her while she worked. Thankfully, everything else exceeded expectations! Would like to visit again.

Resort is too big!!! Very nice pool area, great music all day and night. They”re so many people that the parking garage and elevators are nightmares. If you don’t plan on leaving the resort much, it is a 4 STAR.

Extremely dirty condo. Carpet had stains all over. Dried blood was left on the wall. Bunk bed was broken. Dirty towel was left in the room. Dirty dishes were left in the cabinet. Comforter was never washed. We called for housekeeper and said they would send someone, no one ever showed. We will NEVER stay at a panhandle getaway location again.
