Shores of Panama 314 provides 907 sq ft of comfortable living space. As soon as you walk into the condo, you will notice the open-air feel and the spacious open floor plan. The condo features cool colors, detailed interior decor, wooden floors, and nice artwork that make it feel like you are staying in a friend's home.

The living room space is a huge room that offers a ton of seating for you and your guests. You can relax on the large couch and watch your favorite show or movie on the smart TV in the evenings. Or, you can lay on the love seat and read a book, gaze out of the sliding glass doors that lead out the private deck, or take a midday nap.

We love how you can get off of the couch and be outside in just seconds! Walk over the glass doors and open them to feel the warm breeze in your hair, the sunshine on your face, and the sounds of the ocean in the distance. You can sit on one of the comfortable Adirondack chairs on the deck and gaze out at the bright blue water, palm trees, and never-ending views.

If you are feeling hungry after a long morning of being on the beach, it might be time to make lunch for you and your loved ones. Head into the spacious and modern kitchen to start preparing for a healthy meal. Even if you are not a talented chef, you will enjoy using this modern and spacious cooking area! Use the white cabinets to store some snacks and open the new refrigerator to bring out some fresh fruit, vegetables, fish, and other food for your casual lunch. Your guests can sit at one of the high bar stool seats and chat with you as you serve some quick appetizers and ice-cold bottles of beer!

The unit features accommodations for up to six guests with a king bed in the master bedroom, a twin/full bunk that can comfortably sleep adults as well as kids, and a comfy queen sleeper sofa. After a long day of being on the beach, wandering around the downtown area, going out to a restaurant, and having a few drinks in the evening, it might be time for an early night. You can choose between the master bedroom or the queen sleeper sofa — both of which are very cozy and comfortable! The master bedroom features a large king-sized bed, bedside tables and lamps to brighten up the room and hold your knick-knacks, drawers to store your clothes, and a window to let the light in during the morning. You can rinse the sand off your feet in the en suite bathroom before you undo the covers, curl up in bed, and get a full 8 hours of sleep.

The private balcony extends across the unit offering wonderful views of the beautiful sugar-white sands of the emerald coast from the master bedroom and living room. Sit out here with a glass of wine in the evening to watch the sun go down and chat with your friend about the plans for the upcoming day. This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 21 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with.     My son and I went down for a baseball tournament and found this property. It was perfect for us. LOVED being on the 3rd floor w/ parking ON our floor so easy access to our car and we only had to walk a couple of flights to get to the pool whereas our friends waited a LONG time at various times of the day for an elevator. Compared to teammates our room was clean. I don't think you can ever find a place that isn't going to have a little leftover sand. Plenty of towels. Great selection of stuff to bring to the beach for fun including a wagon (but you definitely need two people to help with pulling pushing as it's not made for sand). We would stay again.

    The condo did not disappoint. We loved the location on the third floor and our view was amazing. The condo was clean and well furnished. The property management group was very helpful as communication was timely and efficient. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who plans to stay at The Shores of Panama.

    The condo was clean, the view was beautiful. I loved having the extra wide balcony! The patio furniture was nice and they had a wagon and extra beach toys! The pots and pans were nice and there was plenty of baking dishes, pizza pans, etc. Full size washer and dryer were very appreciated! My only “complaint” is that the mattress in the master bedroom is very (too) firm and the pillows are lumpy and uncomfortable. The sheets were rough and scratchy. Again, minor complaints, but nothing we couldn’t live with. The resort was very busy (spring break), but we had zero issues. The pools are not heated so they were very chilly and we wished there was more than one outdoor hot tub for a property of this size as it was always busy with 25-30 people at a time. The elevators are very busy, so having a 3rd floor unit made taking the stairs a lot more convenient. The snack shack has great food made fresh which was nice for a quick meal, especially for the kids! The tiki bar has excellent drinks! Would definitely recommend!

    They keep the resort very clean and everyone was super nice. Parking garage was tight but we didn’t have any trouble. The sofa was uncomfortable. However the bed was very uncomfortable. I would stay here again.

    Floors where dirty and has sand every where on the floor ,furniture has dust on tops like they did not cleaned in a while, much less that morning before we got there ,porch table also was dirty,condo needs a deep cleaning(or even just a cleaning) popcorn,and coins under sofas, it looks like they charge u for a cleaning, but they do the minimun. They send someone that same day to mop the floors , but he come and mop them in 5 min and left he don’t even sweep ,so I asked for a broom and they provide me one( 3 days later). People who work at the place were nice to us . The place it self is very nice , and the view was beautiful ,but the condo Needs better take care off.(cleaning , mopping,dusting) the website for xplorie never work(it says it has a virus) to get any free activities (so we did not got any)

    Property was very clean upon arrival. Condo had everything we needed. The last few days after a big storm we couldn’t get the tv in the main room to work again. Internet was a bit spotty in the evenings but not a big deal.
