Shores of Panama 2025 is a 1 bedroom + bunk area, 2 bath condo located on the 20th floor of the Shores of Panama, in Panama City Beach. This condo has a sunset view of the Gulf of America, Mexico, the ocean, or whatever you want to call it; note the locals just call it the Gulf.

Back in the condo you'll find plenty of seating for everyone in your group. There is a queen size sleeper sofa that sleeps 2. Take a break here and plan your day, or relax and laugh at the memories created at the end of the day. We have included HDTV via DirecTV in the event you become tired at the beach.

The dining area has bar seating for 3 as well as a table with seating for 4. In the kitchen you'll find everything you need to prepare a fabulous meal with our local fresh ingredients, we recommend the seafood.

Just passed the kitchen you'll find the laundry closet with a large washer/dryer for your convenience.

Next is the bunk bedroom which has a twin/twin bunk bed with private bathroom featuring a stand up shower.

The master bedroom has a plush king size bed with closet and dresser. If you need to unwind, there is a TV for your enjoyment at the end of a long day on the beach. The master bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

This unit does have a reserved parking space located on the 10th floor of the garage. You may only bring 1 vehicle for this unit. Additional vehicles will have to use the city pay per day parking lot nearby.

Shores of Panama is in the heart of Panama City Beach with a Wal-Mart across the street and great shopping at Pier Park just a few miles away. There are several restaurants in the area, including Pineapple Willy's, Lorrie Morgan's Nashville Chicken, The Wharf (seafood buffet), and Juan Taco.

In your unit, we have provided start-up toiletries, trash bags, and paper towels, along with one dishwasher detergent pod. If you feel you will need more than the products we provide, a nationwide retailer is right across the street.

This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with. This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.

    The inside was clean and a very good location. The elevators were extremely slow and crowded. And someone kept parking in my spot which made me have to look for another one. It took a long time for me to get my spot and the only reason i got my assigned parking spot that i paid for, was because the people finished their stay. I wasn’t refunded my parking fee of the $80 something dollars even though my assigned spot was taken multiple times.

    The room did not feel clean. There was mold on the bathtub shower curtain and beside the shower. The pool was not clean. Long wait for elevators without air conditioning.

    Was a great trip. Nice unit on 20th floor so Elevators were easier. Being at the top few floors shortens wait for elevators cuz its never full as it descends to your floor. Place was bright and clean. View was amazing, staff was friendly. Pool was amazing.

    This was our second time staying at shores of panama. This time our experience was so much better. We stayed in a different unit than before. Had a wonderful week.

    For the past 15 years, we have been in Panama City almost every year and sometimes twice a year. But this is the worst condo we have stayed. Condo needs major upgrade. Furnitures are way too old. We was afraid that the chair will brake when sitting. The sofa is in the bad shape. The fridge is too old and not working probably, and water was leaking out. My wife couldn’t even sleep on the bed because it make loud noise when we twisted and turned. The door closure was broken who knows how long ago and left a hole on the wall. Kitchen cabinet needs an upgrade. Condo needs to repaint. The sliding door couldn’t be lock. The bottom line is the whole condo needs to be upgraded.

    We were so excited to take our children away for Christmas. We checked in and went up to our room and we’re instantly disappointed. The room was not cleaned properly and was not up to safety code for sure. We have a 2 and 3 year old, and the front door didn’t even shut properly or have an inside lock. The balcony door lock didn’t work. There were scuff all over the walls, the baseboards were filthy, the ceiling fan was gross, there were holes in the walls, etc. I took photos of it all and sent to the property manager and she came up with several excuses such as those things are considered deep cleaning and we only do that in the off season. Said she can send someone up with a magic eraser to clean if we wanted. She refused to give us any of our money back but said we could move rooms so we did. The next room still was not cleaned properly but was better than the last one. It still did not have an inside lock so a toddler could easily walk right out. I told her we would tolerate it but would not be staying here again. Also had several water leaks while we were there and no one seemed to care to clean them up so all the water froze and was just a solid sheet of ice.
