Stayed Aug 3, 2024Check in shows 4PM on the app, and then afterwards we were told we may not be able to check in until 6. The condo building won’t let you park there until you have checked in, and we were actually not able to check in until closer to 6:30. As soon as we got up to the room, we noticed the peephole was missing from the exterior door, and that their fix was shoving a tissue in it. We notified the rental company the next day when they called asking about any maintenance issues to be told they probably couldn’t do anything about that. I messaged the property manager before arriving to ask if there was a smart TV in the unit, and was told yes. There is definitely no smart TV. Not the biggest deal considering we were there to go to the beach, but I was planning on packing a Roku if the property manager had said no. Decent price, and nice surprise that all carpet had been removed since photos were last done, but place could probably use a deep clean.

Stayed Jul 19, 2024Place was nice. Definitely could use a refresher of paint. And cleaning people need to do better. First day in there my wife swapped up a lot of sand.

Stayed Sep 5, 2023Nice place and convenient location. Staff was friendly. The only complaint I would have is that the refrigerator didn't seem to get cold enough.

Stayed Jun 15, 2023Rusted out front door and light fixtures. Sand everywhere including all the bed before we even opened the door. Out dated T.V. Not the end of the world, but just shows how it’s not well maintained.

Stayed Jul 24, 2022Pro's- Plenty of room for a family of 2 Adult and 2 Children. Unit has a full size fridge, washer and dryer. Nice pool area. Con's- Whole room could use a good deep cleaning. When we first arrived we thought the sheets were very sandy so we removed the sheet to wash to find blood on the mattress pad from the previous tenants. The blood was fresh and came out in the wash. Unacceptable! Refrigerator did not work well. Very warm and ice maker did not work. Just made solid blocks of ice. Hardly any silverware and lacked kitchen supplies. Parking garage and elevators were a nightmare. If you don't time everything it may take you 15-20 mim to get down and out of garage from the 17th floor. Make sure you get a code to enter parking garage as it may speed up re-entering garage. We did not get one. Overall we had a good time. Make sure you visit Pineapple Willy's for their frozen margarita's. One tip on the elevator if you are on a higher floor. Sometimes it's faster to ride it all the way up then down. It's usually full on the way back down to you.

Stayed Jul 9, 2022Amazing condo overlooking the pool and beach from the 17th floor. Family loved the pool and body surfing on the beach. We would stay there again.

Stayed Jun 1, 2022Location is the best. Condo is good. Beds definitely need to be updated. Management does not enforce any of the quiet time rules or anything so with that said I could not stay here again as I want relaxation and peace and I was kept up all night long every night.

Stayed May 8, 2022My boys and I had the best time at Shores of Panama last week. We stayed in 1727. The view was spectacular! I have never stayed on a floor this high before and I was concerned about having to wait for an elevator, but the elevators were great. Never had to wait that long, and they moved quickly. The pool area was like being in a tropical oasis. This pool is by far the nicest I have been in. I just can't say enough about the facilities. Our condo was very nice. We had all the amenities you could want. The bed was so comfy that I want to replace mine at home now. Wish there would have been a patio table on the balcony. We had two chairs and a small table, but it would have been grand to eat breakfast or dinner out there. It is huge! I used Book That Condo for my reservation. Couldn't have been easier. We drove about 9 hours to get there and our room was ready well before promised. The parking deck is ominous but I got used to it. Our parking was on the 9th-10th deck and it made unloading and loading so easy. We already had our door code so we went right on in. It was very clean and had a lot of open space. The management team was very easy to get ahold of and they also checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable. I will definitely look to them again for future rental. I am just so pleased that our trip turned out to be so delightful, especially since everything is so expensive these days (gas!) Thank you so much Book My Condo!
