The elevators were so slow. Some of them weren’t even working especially for it to be a 23 floor building. Couldn’t talk to the front desk, they would hang up on you didn’t matter the situation. The parking was terrible, they need a better system for parking, they don’t tell you that there are limited parking spaces for each room. And if there’s no open spots, you have to park almost a mile away, and expect you to walk back(with a baby or not)

Avoid this unit!! The views were nice, and overall, we liked the building, but this unit is in desperate need of some better management. Here were our concerns: -Check in was confusing, and we could not get ahold of anyone to figure out where to park or what unit we were in. -The elevators are an absolute nightmare. We waited 20-30 minutes the first night just to get our things up to the unit. Each time we wanted to go up or down the wait was always 5-10 minutes for an elevator, and this really hindered our enjoyment of the trip. -The sheets on the bed were disgustingly stained with dark red/ brown patches. -Several of the fixtures such as towel rods and toilet paper holders had fallen off the wall and not been replaced. -The shower curtain was covered in black mold. -The kitchen was minimally equipped with supplies. -All the patio furniture was in need of a cleaning. Outside of the issue with the elevator, the building as a whole was great. The pool is wonderful, easy beach access and a great tiki bar on site. If you chose to go here maybe pick a different unit.

The location was nice but we did not receive adequate essentials for our stay such as: towels, wash rags, sheets, bed covers. It was stated that our room would sleep six but we were not provided with enough wash rags for the five of us. There were also no fitted sheets, flat sheets, nor covers for the pull out sofa. Luckily, my friend had brought a comforter with her and she slept with that and I had to take the flat sheet and thin blanket off her bed. The shower curtain looked as if it had not been washed in awhile because it had mildew growing on it. We could not walk barefoot on the floor because our feet would be black after walking around. As I stated, it was a nice location and an easy check in process but it was definitely not what we expected regarding cleanliness. We also did not expect to have to sleep with the bare minimum on our first night due to not having sheets/covers. It would have been different if it was stated in the description that these things weren’t going to be provided but it was in the listing that we would have those things. **I messaged the host about not having adequate essentials and they had housekeeping deliver some sheets, cover, and wash rags the next day. This gave us some hope but the lack of cleanliness was very off putting.

The pool, the beach and Pineapple Willy's are 5 stars and highly recommended while the room was adequate as we had some issues. The second bathroom did have a leak from vent which took a day and half for maintenance to come and finally determine it was room above flooding their bathroom shower as it didn't leak again until the last day of the trip. Was not a fan of having to go through the second bedroom to get to the laundry as caused some issues when kids were sleeping. Room amenities we ok but room stated it came with hair dryer which it didn't (we brought one just in case) and it did come with ironing board but no iron. The elevators were horrible on the day of check-in but learned how best to use them after that but still had a few long waits. I do wish the site had additional elevators for as many floors as they have especially when they know there are beach goers with wagons/beach stuff constantly. And just be careful if your room is floor 13-23 as you are beyond the parking garage levels and must take elevators to load/unload your vehicle. We read comments prior about the parking garage and though it is tight especially for large vehicles which we made sure we didn't have there was no issues finding a space or maneuvering the deck as just took some patience.

We had a wonderful time staying at the condo. The view was amazing and the pool area was great. Bar had great service and very friendly. Everyone working there was a joy and helpful. A few things to mentioned that could use some improvement overall: Check in could use some improvement. Listing shows free amenities and parking. When checked in, the lady at the desk said we had to pay for amenities and parking (only allowed 1 vehicle). Got into the condo after dropping the 2nd car at overflow parking for another price, to find we had everything in the packet for amenities and parking both vehicles. After getting settled, we sat on the 2nd room bed and the slats fell off and mattress sunk in. Maintenance came the next day to fix, but said it really needed a box spring. Lastly there are limited elevators in the complex, no fault of the owner, just takes a while to get up and down from the 16th floor.

Good overall trip. Some furniture could be upgraded but still a good place to vacation.

The parking garage was a disaster. There isn’t enough room to make turns. After we parked and made it to the condo, an hr later, we unloaded and took off our shoes. Within 5 minutes, we all had grocery store feet. Both bathrooms had issues. One door knob was almost hanging off and one shower head looked like it would fall out at any given moment. My husband was livid for paying the amount we did.
