Shores of Panama #1423 | Beachfront, Gym, Pool!

Comfortable beds! Listing states queen beds in other rooms-they’re definitely full beds! Moldy shower curtains, no way to dead bolt door, and the kids could just open the door. Called management and asked for child safety help for the door, and they basically told me “they don’t do that” so I had to go and buy something to keep toddlers in the room! Also, they are doing renovations (3years now) on the whole complex. There is 1 assigned parking spot, and it’s blocked off, so that sucked to try and find a spot to park that’s not reserved when we paid a resort fee, and parking pass fee. They offered no help with this situation either! We’ve stayed at this condo for at least 8years, and we will not be back due to the management company!

Unit could use updating. Overall decent stay.

Went for weekend baseball. Location was good, check-in was good, communication and cleanliness could be better. We paid for late check out. At 9:12am, we heard someone opening the door. I jumped out of bed and went to door. The cleaning man didn't know about the late check out and was there to clean. I told him we paid for 12 checkout and he asked to bring in cleaning bags. I said 'no, I will bring them in' as my two sons were right there sleeping. There was ice cream left in a bedroom drawer when we arrived and sand and dirt on the floor. We didn't cook there, as were in and out, but kitchen looked to be clean and stocked. There was paint in closet, and really the condo needs some TLC. Location was great just some hiccups and things that need updated.

Need to work on the WiFi and maybe upgrade the TV’s but overall very nice condo

There were a few issues the first day, but that was taken care of quickly. We really enjoyed the stay and the resort overall, but there were 2 shootings in the vicinity while we were there. Really hoping PCB can get a grasp on that issue.

Check in process was horrible with the mostly non english speaking staff. Site was undergoing construction which was not disclosed during booking. Pool unavailable most of stay.

We enjoyed the location being right on the beach. My kids loved the pool. Everything was clean and the perfect fit for my family.

Dryer did not work. Could not wash towels or rags. Was told they would bring us towels and rags. Towels and rags never showed. The front door needs to be replaced. Microwave front glass needs clean. Couch was not a sleeper.

Enjoyed staying here.

The room was perfect for our large family! The pool had music playing and offered sunny and shaded areas! One thing to know is that your towel does not reserve a chair at the pool. If you leave your stuff unattended for an extended time, the employees will collect your items and turn them into the lost and found. You also do not get any beach chairs with your rental. One last trick is that if you want a drink, go next door to pineapple Willie’s. The refills are bigger and cheaper than what is offered at the pool. Last thing is that we never found our “reserved” parking spot, so we parked in an unlabeled spot on the 7th floor.
