Codo did not live up to pictures, old, outdated furniture.Pool area very noisy at night. Would never stay there again

We were very happy with our stay. Our unit was very nice. It was clean and nicely decorated. Other reviews complained about elevator wait times but we felt they were very reasonable. Again other reviewers had complaints about the garage which we felt was a typical parking garage, no complaints there either. The pool was wonderful, love the circular shape which allowed it to feel less crowded even with a good number of people. The staff were friendly if you were following the rules that were laid out which we felt were simple and very reasonable. The beach/ocean are beautiful of course! The chair service is very convenient but you can also bring your own and set up. It is more crowded than I prefer but that’s expected in front of a large complex. Love that Willy’s was right next door and the food and drink huts were on property as well. We shopped at Walmart and were able to make some meals too. Overall a 10!

Nice condo. Great place to stay!

Property security allowed numerous “rules” to be broken by some but chased me down in a golf cart in the parking garage over wristbands. Escorted us out until we retrieved them from the condo. Absolutely horrible! Numerous times I could not sit outside on the balcony due to so many smoking weed. Left a day early. This was my first booking with this management company. Probably my last.

Super super nice room, we had an amazing time and I 100% recommend staying here!

The room was spacious but it lacked cleaning. It wasn’t clean there was mold on shower curtains ,roaches in the room. The room needed updated. I was disappointed in the room for what I had to pay. The room needs a good cleaning!

This property is way too crowded. The staff was very unfriendly, the WiFi doesn’t work, the property was dirty, no pool chairs after 8:05, loud music/noise all night, illegal drug use, 35-45 min wait for elevators. Save yourself the frustration and don’t book here. Completely awful.

Great location within walking distance of main things to do.

I want to start by saying the actual room Is exactly as pictured and it was very clean and nice. The view from the balcony was amazing! I have nothing but good things to say about the room itself. We did overall have a good vacation and the water was beautiful. I especially like that the resort is close to things such as Walmart, ice cream and some gift shops and we walked everywhere. There was some cons to the actual resort: One of the elevators is always down and getting up and down Is a nightmare. We sometimes had to wait 30 mins at peak times for an elevator. We had to pack all our luggage up two flights of steps because the elevator took so long and we had groceries melting. The resort is a nice place with nice pools and amenities but the elevator issue is a real problem. Also this room only comes with one reserved parking spot so if u bring two vehicles u have to park one car where there is availability. I do overall recommend this room and condo.

The condo fit our family perfectly. We enjoyed.
