Stayed Oct 18, 2025When I checked in on Saturday, there was water on ffloor in Kitchen. Freezer was frozen shut. The ice maker had leaked and freezer was a solid chunk of ice that continued tto melt onto the floor for the next 3 days. I callled the management company. They sent someone out the next day. She took a pic and left extra towels. Someone came out the next day, took picturre and let. The washer also leaked onto the floor, and I had to clean that up as well. I was never offered a different room or a reffund and will be disputing charges with my credit card company. The smell in that unit was horrible. I have movved to a different condo in the same building for the rest of the week. You should be ashamed of yourself for expecting me to stay in and pay for such a horrible unit. Both the managment company and tthe Shores of Panama took photos.

Stayed Jun 29, 2025We had a great vacation for 4th of July week. This unit was clean and nicely decorated. It’s on the 11th floor so it gives you the perfect views of the water! We stay at the Shores of Panama every year so we are pretty use to slower elevators and the tight parking garage. But other that than everything was great! We had a wonderful time!

Stayed Jun 11, 2023Security folks are useless. The carpet is disgusting. Elevators are a nightmare. Nothing Southern Vacation Rentals told me was accurate.
