Highly recommend this lovely home! The views are amazing and tranquil. Kitchen was well-stocked with everything you could need. Beds were extremely comfortable . We look forward to returning soon.

The place was run down. bed's hard a brick. Blinds broken, mold on ceiling walls etc... I contacted VRBO as soon as we saw the issues asking for another place to stay and refund back. VRBO said the property manager/company would get back me. Never heard from anyone but was able to get a number and call them directly on Thursday/Friday.

Great Beach and View

What a gorgeous and deceptively large place! Our favorite part was the balcony. I felt like I was on the beach! Even when inside the view was amazing through the huge windows. I watched the ocean while making lunch and dinner! They had a everything you would need to cook something except consumables, like zip lock bags, parchment paper, aluminum foil and obviously condiments and such.They also had everything for a day at the beach. Beach chairs, an umbrella and some beach sand toys. So much stuff I wish I had brought a wagon. Beach towels were not included but we had brought ours. The condo itself is a bit dated, like the wallpaper and stuff but it was clean, newish furniture where needed and nothing looked like it was in need of any repair. The mattresses okay. I would really only get so so sleep because my mattress was so firm. So if you like firm mattresses you're good, but if you need soft I would try to bring something to help. If you need new and shiny this isn't your place, but if you want to share a family vacation home then this place is awesome. I would love to stay here again in the future!

Beach front location is great. Condo unit needs attention. Not too many updates but it was clean and had full mix match kitchen stuff. Beach condo but no beach towels which was a bummer. Didn’t expect to have to bring my own towels to the beach. Only 2 beach chairs for 8 people. Would stay again in a crunch but will seek other options first.

This condo was great and the check in and check out process were simple and easy.

We stayed in this unit last year and booked it again. I brought some of my employees this year also. The Condo is fine. The problem was the construction on the building. 8 am each morning they started running a hammer drill into the block walls of the building. They are repairing the stucco. All day long they drilled holes. It vibrated so badly the dishes shook. The noise was indescribable inside the unit. We have a 17 month old baby that requires a couple naps each day. There would no napping. The baby cried pretty much all day long. Our sons lack of sleep ruined all of our dinners too. I am an electrical contractor. Construction is all I do. I spent a lot money to get away from it for a week. This was a complete waste of money and the worst vacation I have ever had. We should have been notified of the scheduled construction. I would have chosen a different property or even a unit on the interior of the building. Dayton Disaster 2024

The view was amazing, pool area and facilities great. Wasn’t clean well, But not unbearable, little slow answering emails. Bring tp, trash bags, soap, etc. beach towels for sure.

We would warn you against this property. When we walked in, it smelled awful. We opened all of the doors and went out and bought air fresheners. Three guests had to leave that same day due to dust allergies. The air filter hadn’t been changed for decades. One bathroom was very dirty another bathroom had a pocket door that didn’t close. I could go on…The property manager was wonderful, cancelled the booking, refunded our money and we left.

It was as I expected. Alittle dated which was ok. We had to fix the toilet which was fine. A must have is a new couch and love set. Not comfortable at all. The location was great. An idea would be to get Nick ball and or corn while for guest to play
