Shoreline Villas 11 - Gulf Front! Panama City Beach! Complimentary Wifi!

We ended up just leaving because the room was dirty. We do not normally complain but there when I went to lay down I pulled down the sheets and they did not look like they had been cleaned at all. I will leave it at that.

Overall satisfied. The queen beds seemed very small for queen. Hard to sleep when you are 6'8.

-Refrigerator/freezer not cold. Ruined groceries bought on Saturday. They brought another small refrigerator that was placed in the dining room and remained there for the rest of our week. Haven’t heard a thing about reimbursement for lost groceries, even though the maintenance people said we would. -Bathtub faucet not operational in guest bathroom… the only bathtub. They came to fix it, but still was not useable. So, 4 adults and 2 young children had to share one shower. -construction next door woke several mornings with hammering and power saws. -No Smart TV… limited children’s programs for double red flag days. -Poorly Stocked… minimal forks, 2 teaspoons and many table/soup spoons. VERY frustrating for a 5 and 3 year old. - No salt & pepper… No beach chairs… no beach toys. They want you to either bring or buy it all. This is not acceptable and not my experience renting elsewhere in the area. Overall, a HUGE disappointment!!!!

The upstairs bedrooms were immaculate. The bedding had quality sheets and duvets, beautifully made. The master BR shower was fantastic bc of the shower head. Same for 2nd BR. Abundance of towels. The upstairs balcony needs updated furniture to enjoy the gorgeous beach and ocean views comfortably. Downstairs: Kitchen also immaculate, lots of dishes pots and pans and accessories. DR chairs are awful. Roping coming loose, cumbersome, heavy, awkward. Table was fine and attractive. Chandelier lighting too bright. Needs a dimmer switch. LR furniture showed the residue of many suntan lotions by renters. It made the overall look of the room look shabby. I'm not sure how to fix this issue bc all renters are there for the beach. Balcony needs more comfortable chairs that are clean.

Had fun

The property location and views were stunning. We absolutely loved the fact that we walk right out the back door and the beach is right there along with the covered 2 car parking. It was very family friendly with plenty of room for our family of 5. We go to Florida every summer and this was our first at this property and we will definitely look for this location again. The property managers were very responsive and helpful.

This was my 1st time staying at Shoreline Villas 11 at Panama City Beach! When I walked in, it was very nice! . I loved the quietness of this villa! I loved my stay at this villa! If there was one thing I would change it would be having a place to sit in the shower, in the master bath. Shaving my legs was a little difficult standing up, not having somewhere to prop my leg up. ?

Great location! Clean! Convenient to walk right out on the beach.

We love staying where we can walk right onto the beach. This place was perfect for that. The upholstered furniture and the upstairs carpet could be cleaner, but we spent most of our time on the uncrowned, beautiful beach so we hardly noticed. We’ve paid much more for places that had more cleaning issues than this one. We will definitely come back.

It was awesome being right on the beach. We didn’t even have to pack a cooler, just a short walk back to the kitchen for snacks, meal breaks and drink refills.
