Nice property in a good location.

Location was perfect for being close enough to the action but yet far enough to enjoy some quiet. The two bedroom condo was tidy, and had all of the basic necessities. All communication was timely and very welcoming. Would definitely stay again!

Best location to have everything within walking distance. It was amazing being able to walk out the door, go down the block and instantly be at the beach and the boardwalk. Had my own parking spot, so I didn't pay for parking and didn't even need to use my car. The place was so nice and well put together, very modern. Loved that I brought food so that I was able to utilize the kitchen and accessories so I could save some money in that aspect. Every room has a TV which was nice. The air kept the rooms nice and cool too. Loved that i was able to be in communication easily with anyone if i needed anything and they made sure I settled in well. Overall I'd highly recommend and I'd definitely refer them to anyone I know coming out to OC to stay!

We rented this great property during labor weekend. The apartment was very clean with a contemporary design in a great quite neighborhood yet easy access to the beach and the boardwalk. We loved it and we would definitely go back again on our next getaway!

Nice Location, Very Clean, Close to the beach and boardwalk. Park your car and never touch it for the stay - everything was close by.

We booked a last minute trip to take the kids somewhere for vacation. Upon arrival we were more then amazed. Finding the location was easy and we arrived when it was dark. It was a plus to have our own parking space. It has its own entrance to both the front and back door that only you have access to. My boyfriend absolutely loved that. The front entrance had a patio where he sat and did work from, he even took a power nap when hiding from the kids lol. The kitchen was stocked with plates, pots, pan and utensils which was a plus but we didn’t use because they always wanted to eat out. The only thing you will need seasonings of your choice. The kids slept in a room together and watched tv till their eyes closed. They had various platforms that you just needed to login to or you could watch live on the roku. We were literally two blocks from the beach which the kids loved because we went to the beach every single day and walked the boardwalk. All you need is a wagon to hold all of your beach supplies. We found that you could barely hear any of the outside noise which was great after you had a day running behind kids. Just beware there is a lot of white including the futon that is out in the main area. I personally feel like my kids are messy even though they are 10 so I made them sit on a blanket before they sat on the couch. Also no matter how much I swept I always seemed to find sand so bring house slippers/socks. I am definitely going to book again. We are already planning for next year!!!

We absolutely loved our stay !! The check In was super easy. We even were met with help to carry our items from Avi. He gave us a tour and even food recommendations to eat. Our unit was so close to the beach. It was nice to grab our things and walk to the beach. The unit has everything you need. The beds were super comfy. Everything was so clean. Thank you for the tote you left on the master bed. I highly recommend staying at any of the units. They are clean, updated, cozy and so close to the beach.

This apartment is close to both the beach and board walk. The space is clean with crisp air conditioning. Bedding, towels, WiFi all included. The owner Avi was courteous, helpful, and responsive when needed. Parking was good. Stores all within the vicinity. Quite time is 11p-8am being respectful of others. This kept the site quiet.
