This top floor condo is located in the highly desirable, gated Shorebirds community at Pajaro Dunes. It is a fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2-bath unit sleeping 6. From the front door, you are immediately greeted with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean.

Enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean where seals, dolphins and otters frequently play in the surf and the occasional whales swimming by can be seenfrom the comfort of the living room. This northwest facing unit is located on the 3rd floor with a vaulted ceiling and extra windows bringing in warm, coastal sunshine. It’s one of the few homes that has a loft area with additional seating. It’s perfect for watching amazing sunsets and listening to the calming sounds of the waves.

The primary bedroom includes a King bed. The second bedroom features a Queen and trundle bed that can sleep 2. The unit offers free Wi-Fi and a flat screen TV. The primary bedroom has a second, 37-inch flat screen TV. Enjoy the comfortable furnishings and views from inside the unit or stroll down the steps to miles of unspoiled beaches.

The kitchen includes a full refrigerator, microwave, stove and dishwasher. It comes fully stocked with utensils, plates and bowls. A coffee machine is included.

This unit includes sand toys, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, tennis rackets with tennis balls, a pickle ball set, frisbee and football. There’s also a wide array of games.

The Shorebirds resort is adjacent to Sunset State Beach and is ideal for long walks, shell collecting and sand castle building. Other popular activities include surfing, boogie boarding, fishing or playing basketball, tennis, or pickleball on the community’s private courts.

Ideally located on the coast, you can enjoy day trips to Monterey Bay Aquarium, Fisherman’s Wharf, Carmel, Capitola, Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and several local wineries and restaurants.

Check-out instructions
The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and make sure door is securely locked

Clean and put away any remaining items that don’t fit in dishwasher • Place all trash and recyclables in the bins located in the shed in the parking lot • Turn off all appliances (including heaters)

Leave beds unmade and towels on the racks or floor of the bathrooms • Return furniture and other items to their original positions

The unit is located in the 3rd floor (top floor) of the building. Access to the unit requires 15 stairs. There are no stairs inside the unit.
