Shore Pleasure | Sandestin® Beachfront Escape | Pool, Tram & Breathtaking Views

Everything was fantastic. Condo was very nice with great views of the gulf from the 16th floor. Check in was easy. Tram service was nice to have.

This condo was exactly as it was described. Very clean and looks to have had recent painting done. The kitchen was well equipped the bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on! Overall a great property! My only reason for not giving 5 stars was that the property pool was being remodeled and the walk back from the beach was very messy. Once it’s done, it will be beautiful. The check-in process was not great because none of the codes we were provided for the gates and doors worked. This was annoying after a long day of travel, but they were quick to communicate with us and get it corrected. Overall, a great stay and I would stay here again.

1. Received the email with all the codes. But they were all wrong. Had to have another person staying there to give me the code to get in the gate when we arrived. Same with the code to get in the building. Had to request the new ones. But I did get them. 2. The restaurant in the side should be shut down. The food is absolutely horrible. 3. Paid 450 for 2 chairs and an umbrella for my wife and myself. We had chairs on the front row. But, there were 5 rows of people with their own chairs and umbrellas ahead of us. Thought it was strange that they charged us the amount we paid to be completely blocked from the ocean. 4. Would have been nice to have the pool open and not have to walk around the construction to get to the beach. It was never mentioned to the us, by anyone, that there was construction going on. 5. The WiFi is terrible. Both TVs would freeze up constantly. 6. The fireworks were a nice touch though. 7. Bed was squeaky. If you move, it’s a loud sound. 8. The sink should be cleaned better. Lift up the rubber pad in it and take a look. 9. The unit needs an Automatic Ice Maker in the freezer. Ice trays???Was a great location with some of the fastest elevators.

The entry was easy we received an email with all of the required codes for getting to and into the condo. It does look like the pictures. We had a few issues during our stay. We did not have water for half of one day due to replacing a part in the water system for the complex. This is not the hosts fault but was inconvenient. There is also significant mold on the main shower ceiling. We notified the host and they did send a handyman out. The handyman did not know about the mold but was kind enough to take a look. He said he could only take pictures for corporate and spray it with hydrogen peroxide which would not kill it but only get rid of the color. At no time were we offered another place to stay or a partial refund. One of the bands for the complex was lost during our stay. It is a $35 fee for losing it. I let the host know that between the mold which will require much more than a simple cleaning to fix and the lack of water for half of a day I felt that we should not have to pay for the band. They charged me despite these other issues.

Beautiful view, very clean and comfortable. Easy drive to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay here! This was our second time at Sandestin Resort and it was fantastic per usual. We will be back!

We loved everything about this condo! The 16th floor and clear plexiglass railings are perfect for anyone that has small children. Master bedroom will have me back.
