Welcome to a serene and beautifully adorned retreat! This charming property offers a direct view of its surroundings from a spacious balcony accessible from both the den and the master bedroom. The den is well-appointed with a flat-screen TV, providing all the comforts of home. In the fully equipped kitchen, you'll find everything needed to craft delicious meals, with seating for four at the dining table and an additional two seats at the bar.

The master bedroom boasts a comfortable king-size bed and a flat-screen TV, while the second bedroom offers a bunk bed with a full-size mattress on the bottom and a twin-size mattress on top, along with another flat-screen TV. The unit is furnished with wireless internet, a phone, a DVD player, and a washer and dryer to enhance the convenience and pleasure of your stay.

For reservations during the Winter Season (January and February) made before October 1st, there is a minimum stay requirement of 60 days (two months). Reservations that don't meet this criterion are subject to cancellation by the management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months may be made for a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Additional Information:
​​​​​​​ Parking Passes are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting the management office directly. You must purchase each parking pass, with a maximum of 2 parking passes per reservation. Linens are provided; however, please bring your own beach towels. The reservation includes a starter set of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent this property, and photo ID is required at check-in. Smoking is not permitted, and no pets are allowed.     The unit was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The only negative is there is not adequate lighting as the lamps did not work. The “not main” bedroom was very cute and comfortable.

    The condo was very clean, adequately stocked with towels, and just a few steps from the elevator. Check in and out was a breeze. We would have appreciated a few more essentials like coffee, filters, and a few beach items. The beach was wonderful and the beach service of chairs and umbrellas right outside was well worth the cost.

    This is the second time staying at this complex, first time in this unit. Pick another one, for the money you can get a Much cleaner and we’ll maintained unit!! We saw Roaches in the kitchen!, yes Roaches!!! Had to leave the lights on the rest of the stay hoping they wouldn’t come out. This created extra cleaning for me, not something you want to be doing on vacation. The counter tops are horrible and need to be replaced. The floors are in bad need of a good cleaning, they left our feet black. Paint spots everywhere. Master bath toilet paper holder was broken. Hole in the wall in the shower. Chair on porch was broke so the four of us couldn’t sit out and enjoy a meal. The return vent was covered with dust. Very gross! The master bedroom king bed was amazing!! The view is amazing!!! Proximity to the pool and beach for these two buildings just can’t be beat!! That’s why we came back to Surfside . Very nice lawn for playing yard game while cooking out. We had friends with us in the same building and their place was amazing and clean!!! I was embarrassed to have them come to our unit. We ate at their place. The review on this unit leads you to believe they had done some updates but that was not the case. Everything everyone complained about was still an issue. Would go back to Surfside just not unit..

    Nice location. Close to all the the restaurants. Pool was closed for repairs. No repair work happened during our visit (there was a big hurricane in June). If you want to cook for a family of 4, bring some of your own cookware. Stove have 4 burners but you only have one piece of cookware for that stove (2 now. We purchased one that we left behind.). Half the light bulbs were burned out. A simple email and this was resolved the next day. I hated the kitchen countertop. It looks like salmonella poisoning waiting to happen. Overview: This was not a bad place. One big thing you must consider when renting one of these condos is will the owner respond and resolve your issues and complaints in a reasonable timeframe. The owners of this unit did so, at least for the one simple complaint we mentioned.

    Unit only had 2 towels and 2 wash clothes, called for more and they never came, had to buy some. This was a non smoking unit, the note on the fridge said you could smoke on the balcony w/doors closed, security showed up. Other than that it was ok.
