Enjoy many nearby golf courses, the Gulf Shores Zoo, or miniature golf and go-carting at Adventure Island. Spend a day at Tanger Mall for fun outlet shopping, just a short drive away. The new zipline at The Wharf is a family fun adventure.

Boat and Jet Ski rentals are nearby, as are grocery stores and medical. Non-smoking unit. Elevator, Outdoor Pool, Indoor Heated Pool, Children's Pool, Jacuzzi, and Fitness Room. Charcoal Grilled BBQ area & tennis court is also setup in front of the complex.

Things to know
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old
• No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• The condominium association has a STRICT No Pets policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age or older to make a reservation.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space
