Stayed Oct 25, 2024The condo was very dated with chipped tile and rust in kitchen and bathrooms. It was filthy though out with threadbare and stained towels and sheets. The mattress was lumpy and old, the pillows were flat and uncomfortable. The furniture was worn and the dishwasher was not attached to the cabinetry and fell out and also leaked so badly we had to call maintenance who was there for an hour and couldn't fix it. We are so disappointed and disgusted that we won't be heading back.

Stayed Aug 3, 2023A/C went out upon arrival first NIGHT. Spent the entire NEXT DAY, continually calling to make sure it was fixed before the evening. Management did try to make it right with a free dinner. Tv’s went out the next day. Still no TV UPON CHECKOUT. Very load EVERYWHERE. Every morning at 5am there was what sounded like the garbage truck.. YES EVERY MORNING! The people above us which was 2 seperate families moving chairs and walking and laughing WAS JUST VERY LOAD! Not their fault the building just isn’t built for noise.. Terrible to experience. Will not be back. I asked for a portion refund and all they wanted to give was $160???
