Welcome to your home base in Mammoth Lakes! This 2-bedroom + loft condominium sleeps up to 8 and puts you close to dining, shops, and the free winter shuttle, with on-site amenities for easy downtime.



The Space:

Settle into a comfortable, mountain-style condo with vaulted wood ceilings and a cozy pellet stove—great after a day on the trails or slopes. The open living area features ample seating and a smart TV, flowing into a fully updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and the essentials for simple home-cooked meals. Share bites and stories at the dining table or the breakfast bar. When it’s time to unwind, you’ll have three full bathrooms to make getting ready a breeze and smart TVs in the bedrooms and loft for relaxed movie nights.

Onsite, enjoy seasonal community amenities including a pool, jacuzzis, a sauna, and sports courts. Coin-operated laundry is available in the complex, and there’s a BBQ grill for casual cookouts. Please note the upstairs balcony is under repair and not available for use at this time.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Each unit gets parking for up to 2 vehicles in the open lot (first come, first served). A parking pass is provided in the condo—fill it out with the dry-erase marker and return it to the unit at checkout to avoid a $100 replacement fee. If there’s no pass, place a note on your dash with your name, cell number, and unit number.

• Balcony: The upstairs balcony is under repair and not available for use until further notice.

• Stairs: Stairs are required.

• Communal amenities: Pool is seasonal; jacuzzis, sauna, and sports courts are managed by the HOA and availability/hours may vary.

• Laundry: Coin-operated laundry is available onsite.

• WiFi/Cell service: Provided, but due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Shuttle: The free winter shuttle to the mountain stops right in front of the complex (seasonal service).

• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

    When we arrived at the property our code would not let us in? Finally after 1/2 hour we were given a code to the key lock to get key to enter property! The unit was very poorly kept and the dishwasher was broken and not installed correctly. Finally after 23 hours the dishwasher was fixed. The refrigerator had to be reset because it wasn’t cooling also. The stairs to the loft are at an unsafe angle and one of our party fell. This unit needs some love before it’s rented out again for the price they are charging.

    Check in was easy with clear instructions to access the unit and where to park, the kitchen was well appointed with appliances but could use additional wine and water glasses. We always travel with stemless Yeti glasses so we were set. There was only one wine glass and 2 water glasses. Plenty of dishes, utensils and cooking tools were available. The unit was spacious with 3 floors, the downstairs carpet and baseboard paint could use the slightest upgrades but the grounds of the property were beautiful and the unit is conveniently located close to the hot tubs and pool. The location was PERFECT within walking distance to many restaurant choices which made it easy to walk in the evenings.

    Our family trip while staying at this location was wonderful! It was a perfect size for our family of 8. The only issue we had was the keypad/ door lock. I would recommended placing an extra key in the master key lock in case the keypad becomes an issue in the future. Besides that, I would recommend this place for sure.

    Rooms are smaller than the pictures imply- nothing fancy, but 3 levels, 3 bathrooms & the lift with bunk beds made this a good location with family & friends. Walking distance to Vons, Starbucks & many free shuttle stops was helpful also.

    Came up to fish for a few days. Were treated with a nice snow storm. We have been coming to Mammoth for many years. Sherwin Villas is our lodging of choice. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

    Enjoyed our stay in the cabin, having 3 bathrooms for 8 people was a huge plus!! Walking distance to Minaret shopping center, local restaurants and markets. Quick drive to Canyon Lodge. The staff was very attentive and responded quickly. Would stay here again.
