The lower level entrances allow for incredibly convenient access to skiing, mountain biking, hiking right out your door! You will really appreciate the ability to open your door, step into your skis or onto your bike and start your mountain adventure immediately. This access makes it very convenient to meet back at the condo for a midday break or quick lunch. Ski-in Ski-out to your door.



This newly renovated condo is a standout at the Shadowbrook offering a contemporary decor unlike any other. The open floor plan of the upper level with warm soothing tones invites you settle in and relax. The full kitchen with island offers a perfect spot for great conversation with your traveling companions while enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Prepare a great dinner for all to enjoy together at the dining table or a late night snack for movie watching. The balcony looks right out to the seasonal pool and hot tub area as well as the ski slope.



This two bedroom plus den/3 bath condo is ideal for family or friends traveling together. Each sleeping area offers an en-suite bath for added privacy. This multi-level condo features 2 bedrooms on the lower level and a sleeping den on the upper level. The master suite on the lower level features a king bed, flat screen TV and private entrances right out to the ski slope access. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and has a twin sofa sleeper and the master offers an inviting sitting area in front of a gas fireplace. The sleeping den has a pull-down murphy bed, en-suite bath and an accordion door for privacy. There is a washer and dryer on the lower level.



Guests staying in this condo will enjoy the mountain side seasonal outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. All condos have outdoor patios or balconies with gas grill. You can relax by the pool and take in the view of skiers or hikers enjoying Snowmass Mountain or on your balcony while you grill your dinner and enjoy and apres ski/hike beverage. There is a complimentary parking spot for one vehicle directly in front of the condo door, adding to the convenience of this condo. The local free shuttle service is just 1/2 block away and can take you to the grocery or the main transit station to catch a free shuttle to any of the other ski mountains.

    My husband, two children (3&5), and I stayed at this condo for 7 nights after Christmas. The condo is nicely updated, clean, and cozy with fully stocked kitchen amenities. We loved the separation two floors provided; the kitchen, family room, and dining room directly as you walk in, with the spacious bedrooms and laundry room below. One major highlight was how close to the base village it is. Our kids hadn’t skied before so walking them down in the morning to ski school was a breeze. We also enjoyed the short walk or gondola ride up to Snowmass Village Mall which has a variety of restaurants, shopping, and free s’mores for the kids after ski school. The pool/hot-tub is just steps out of both bedroom patio doors and looks out to the ski lifts from base village. Communication/service requests were responded to & taken care of very quickly. All-in-all, this condo is awesome. Will definitely be back with the family again soon.

    We have stayed in several places over the years around Snowmass and this is probably our favorite unit to ever stay in - open kitchen with every cooking utensil you could think of provided for, great little patio with view of the skittles gondola and 2 bedrooms downstairs that stay cool even in summer. Complex has a nice pool and small but decent workout area as well, great access to upper and lower villages, loved everything about it.

    Unit 104 is beautiful and well kept. We enjoyed our stay and found everything to be clean and well maintained. Only have two suggestions: instead of a coffee pot have a Keurig coffee unit and somehow enlarge and remake the steps down to the bedrooms. The current spiral staircase is too narrow and steep for older persons to navigate.

    The location was the best part of this property. We enjoyed the pool several times during our stay and the short walks to the base of snowmass. The Snowmass Rodeo (a must for people watching alone) the concerts both at the top of snowmass mountain and the top of the mall was just outside our door. Everything was as listed and our family spent quality time there.

    We have stayed in Shadowbrook buildings in the past and this one is stunning. Excellent living space with the option for a third “bedroom” by converting the dining room. Kitchen is perfect size for 3-4 adults - it’s fully stocked with everything you could need to cook any meal. The location cannot be beat - you can ski up to the building and only walk 20-30 steps to get to your unit’s back door. Parking is on the same level as the unit which sounds silly but makes loading/unloading a breeze. We would absolutely stay here again.

    Well equipped kitchen with Weber grill on deck with NG line. Plenty of room to spread out with spacious two bedrooms. Minutes to walk or ride to various mountain biking trails. Parking was spacious enough for full size pickup truck. The bike storage room is a public room for residents. Suggest bringing cable and lock for additional security. We had no issues. Pool/hot tub is gorgeous with nice landscaping. Would definitely rent this location again!
