Welcome to your perfect mountain retreat in the heart of Steamboat Springs. Nestled within the Shadow Run Condominiums, this thoughtfully designed two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers a warm and inviting escape just minutes from the slopes.



As you step inside, you’re welcomed by an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area where every detail invites relaxation and connection. The kitchen comes fully equipped for preparing home-cooked meals after a day of adventure, and the dining table sets the scene for lively dinners or cozy game nights with loved ones. In the living room, unwind beside the glow of the gas fireplace as you stream your favorite show, or simply curl up on the couch and watch the snow fall softly outside. For additional sleeping space, the living room sofa easily converts into a comfortable queen-sized bed.



Step out onto the private balcony for a glass of wine at sunset and take in the breathtaking views of Steamboat Mountain as it lights up in golden hues. The primary bedroom offers a serene space to recharge, featuring a plush king-sized bed, TV, private en-suite, and corner windows that let in soft morning light and mountain views. The second bedroom is perfect for families or groups, with a twin-over-full bunk bed and easy access to the second bathroom just across the hall.



Located less than a mile from the ski resort and a short walk to the free shuttle stop, getting around is effortless. Whether you're heading downtown for dinner, hiking a nearby trail, or soaking in the famous hot springs, you’ll find yourself in the center of it all.



Onsite community amenities include two outdoor hot tubs, a seasonal pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day), fire pit, gas grills, and a playground—ideal for kids to explore while adults relax and recover from the day’s adventures. One parking space is included with the condo. Please note: this second-floor unit requires stairs and does not offer air conditioning. In rare cases, HOA-required repairs may temporarily limit access to amenities such as the fireplace, pool, or hot tubs. The fireplace is only available during the ski season months.
