Stayed Apr 17, 2021The enclosed patio, pool and the pond behind the unit were fantastic. Location was very convenient. The owner was fantastic with any need or request that we had. The could use some updating. Overall would recommend.

Stayed Mar 26, 2022The unit that we stayed in was clean and well maintained. The owner was very responsive. The pool was also clean and useable. However, the building and surrounding grounds have grown old and could use some maintenance and updating. After you add in all the extra fees and in addition to listed rental cost, this location price seems a bit high compared to other VRBO places and we have stated.

Stayed May 27, 2021Cute nice size condo and a great location. Only complaint is the shower wasn’t that clean, the shower pressure could be updated and the water drains super slow. Other than that great place

Stayed Apr 26, 2021The property was old and outdated. The complex was not conducive to walking anywhere. The bed was comfortable but the livingroom furniture was not.

Stayed Apr 1, 2021The condo was perfect for us. Check-in was smooth, communication with owner was very good, the condo was very clean, and all of the stated amenities were available as advertised. Food stores, restaurants, etc. were nearby. Access to beaches and other Sarasota highlights were easy to reach. We thank Beata and her staff for a great place to stay while in Sarasota.

Stayed Jul 9, 2020Nice location, close to shopping, beaches (Siesta Key), a great launch pad for day trips north to Anna Marie island or south to Venice or Sanibel Island. Many dog friendly places to go visit. Quiet neighborhood. Owner was quick to rescue me when I inadvertently locked myself out! Was a really great, relaxing time. Would definitely stay there again.
