The Panama Peach is a totally non smoking and no pet unit that is sure to please. It is freshly painted with new linens. Entry is by personalized code, so there is no worry about fumbling for keys. It is a gulf front, 13th floor, one bedroom unit at the Seychelles Beach Resort Condominium that sleeps 6. Seychelles is a 22 story high rise with gated parking and secure front entry to triple elevators for easy access to and from all floors, and steps out to the best white sand in all of Florida . This open floor plan with its stunning gulf front view will feel like home with a king size master bedroom with private full bathroom, two hall bunk beds, and a newly purchased comfortable pull out Queen size sleeper sofa , and a second full hall bathroom. There are floor to ceiling black out curtains for those sleeping in the gulf front living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with nice pots and pans, plenty of dishes and utensils, and features new stainless steel kitchen appliances, including dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator for easy meal prep and service to the twin stool bar and 4 seat dining table. The unit also features a recently purchased modern washer/ dryer combination plus two modern flat screen streaming tv's. Guests really enjoy the comfortably appointed balcony furniture for watching the spectacular sunrises and sunsets. dining outdoors and morning coffee. The Panama Peach is situated on the the east end of the beach which is significantly quieter than the west end of PCB, while still being close to great restaurants, shopping, marinas, clubs and watering holes for your enjoyment and relaxation. It is a 1 mile walk on the beach to St. Andrew's State Park. There is no road noise as it is situated on Gulf Drive. off of Thomas Drive.

The resort has two pools, one of which is heated, and a hot tub. There is covered parking on the premises and 24 hour security. Just steps down through the resort controlled private beach gate are the seasonally provided beach lounges and umbrella combo. Additional lounges, umbrellas and jet skis are available from the on site rental booth for use while enjoying the crystal clear water and snow white beach.

The famous Schooners restaurant is less than 50 yards away on the beach serving renowned food, cool refreshing beverages, and nightly live music. Numerous other established restaurants and nightlife locations are close by and are an easy walk or drive. The kids will enjoy the many attractions a short 10 minute drive away from the condo for the few times you are not on the beach swimming, sunning, shell hunting, wave riding or just relaxing.

Smoking in the unit is not allowed. Absolutely no pets allowed.
A maximum of 6 guest are allowed per night per fire regulation and the minimum age to rent is 25 years old.

The unit's furniture, dishes. sheets, linens, windows and floor are cleaned prior to your arrival. Bathrooms and kitchen are stocked with initial paper goods and soaps for your stay.

    The condo was great for our short stay! King bed is comfy and the bunks were big enough for an adult female. Kitchen had all the supplies needed! The balcony was accommodating for the family that stayed at the condo. Great views and right by Schooners! The only issue is one parking pass. Not the owner of the condos fault as other unit occupants were saying the same about their issues with not enough passes. I would def. stay again!

    My husband and I stayed here for our 25th anniversary. We have stayed at this property previously but not this particular condo. Everything was clean, well stocked with cooking items if we had wanted to prepare any meals. Peter responded quickly when I had a question. We would definitely stay here again.
