Seventh-floor oceanfront condo with pool access, ocean view, & central AC

View and the access to the beach is excellent. However, the condo itself was dirty when we arrived. This is our second time booking with them. House keeping arrived late and clean up afterward. Vasca did contact us later on and apologize for the incident. We thank them for that. Just hope they manage their time well next time on cleaning the property well before guests arrived as the first impression wasn’t pleasant.

Great Balcony view! Condo is close to stairs, there was no light at night by the condo door, bedroom was the first room when you walk in and when the air kicked on it was extremely loud! The couches need a good cleaning as well as the worn rug. We just spread the extra sheets on top of them. Bathtub was high to get over and no handicap hand rails to help. I actually slipped several times. We had an issue with only getting a few towel and wash cloths. I sent messages to 6 people and they kept telling me they usually supply a towel per person! What!?! I told them we had used the towels twice but we needed more they said use the laundry mat downstairs. They charge 5 bucks to wash and 5 bucks to dry, not to mention all the time wasted on vacation to wait for it. We would have had to go 3 different days to get clean linens! I have been to Island Echos the past 9 years and have never had this issue! You would think after spending big bucks you would at least get enough towels for the time you are there. After 4 days of sending emails, I called. He wasn’t budging until I asked to speak to the manager. When she called me back I told her regardless of their policy on linens every email talked about making sure we have a great stay and how they wanted to make us comfortable and happy and that would mean a few towels and wash cloths! She apologized and had them sent to our room immediately.

Beautiful property with excellent views. Very clean. Could use new mattress and fluffier pillows and an extra blanket.

Very nice place to stay.

Stayed for 4 nights. Access to the beach was short and easy with a beautiful corner view. To no fault of the condo, I would rather stay in Destin. If you are looking for a relaxing time without shops, restaurants, or stores in walking distance this is perfect. However we had to drive across the sound or to Destin, about 15 minutes, to enjoy shopping or eating. The room was cozy, comfortable and quiet.

My husband and I came to visit our son who was training at Hurlbert Field, plus it was our anniversary weekend. We've come and stayed at a few condo resorts within this strip, so we know the area well. We had searched for a quick hotel stay, but thankfully I searched small condos too and this one was beyond our expectations! It was very clean, smelled great, and the view and location cannot be beat! I can't wait to come back in the near future!

Property was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Check-in was super easy and property manager kept in contact in case we needed anything. Loved the chairs and umbrella included on the beach. We would definitely book this condo again :)

Everything was great except the elevator. Definitely need another elevator or fans while waiting

Nice view of the beach and access to all other needs. The AC was a bit loud, otherwise stay was very comfortable.
