In April, sunset views were incredible.Property well maintained but the apartment needs a deeper cleaning. Reviewer Comments: First, I would like to say how helpful and friendly the Marco Island staff were during this stay and always. Special Kudos to Andrew!Cleaning OK but all the corners and near the sliders were dirty, I had to work hard to clean the stovetop.Beautiful location and very nice condo, will be back next November.

Look no further for a spectacular view, like new kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa sleeper. As always, we counted on Andrew at Marco Properties to be cordial and responsive.

Stayed Dec 14, 2020Complex was a dump, unit was terrible, and Andrew Vale of Marcos Properties is a liar! Major window install not disclosed to us. Jack hammering and pounding 1st thing in the morning reverbated all through hollow tile complex! Plus neighbors on same floor doing major remodels even though rules say not allowed after November 30th. Unit was a mess, carpet so gross we put towels down on the floor to walk on. Closet with beach supplies a disaster, not even a cooler to take to the beach. Everything on the beach is a 30 day rental, we were offered a $300.00 credit, or get out for a full refund within a few hours after complaining about the noise. With nowhere to go we took the money with the promise the windows would be done by end of December. By January 2nd we could not take it anymore and came home. So disappointed in Marcos properties, their office is 3 blocks from the units so there is no way the did not know about the construction. I have dozens of pictures and all email correspondence to prove we were mislead. Vacation ruined!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Surprised that there was so much construction; no water and no a.c. days. That is why I gave it only 2 star for property condition. Unit itself, great. Hope the tradewinds can finish the post hurricane construction soon. Will be back next November.Unit needs a mop otherwise has most everything.

Reviewer Comments: My wife and I were thoroughly pleased with our month long stay at Tradewinds 701. What you see in the pictures of this condo is exactly what you get. It was clean, comfortable and at a perfect location on the beach. This unit has been recently renovated and has everything you need for a home away from home. If you like walking on the beach, you are only a few steps away from the sand. If you like spending time at the pool, it is just below this unit. The balcony is the perfect spot for sipping your coffee in the morning and reading or just enjoying watching the ocean waves or people walking up and down the beach. It is also the perfect place for watching the spectacular sunsets in the evening. As soon as we packed up and headed home, we booked this same condo for next year.

Beautiful ocean view, sunset with taps every evening from our balcony. Unit was even better than we had hoped. Would definitely recommend this vacation site. Grounds were well kept and peaceful and enjoyed long walks on beach every day. We hated to leave.

Reviewer Comments: We rented on our own the first year and decided to go through Marco Vacations Property Managers this year. We much more pleased with our rental this year and have already reserved through them for next year. Our rental at 701 Tradewinds was very comfortable and the locals are very friendly. Our only complaints are that the carpeting in the bedroom needed shampooing and we had problems with broken blinds. The internet connection was excellent and TV cable with two TV's was great. I especially enjoyed the comfortable recliner. It has a beautiful view of sunsets from the balcony. Andrew from MVRProperties is a wonderful young man who offers excellent customer service. We will continue to use his company.
