This place was phenomenal and will likely be a new family tradition for us! The beach and restaurants were super easy! The location couldn’t have been better!

Loved the location and it had everything one would need. When we arrived the toilet wouldn’t flush (hubby fixed), keureg wouldn’t heat up, floor tiles cracked and screen had a hole so can’t open slider. This place can use some tlc. Otherwise, decor was nice and kitchen was nicely appointed.

This property is wonderful. It’s so well located on the beach and also within walking distance to Coligny Plaza. The hosts are easy to work with and the king size bed is so comfortable. We had a great stay and will definitely want to stay there again.

The location was perfect! So close to Coligny and Starbucks. Loved having bikes to ride around the island. The condition of the beach was just wonderful for walking. Our bathroom was a bit small but doable.

Misleading ratings—Cleanliness & ComfortThis property is advertised with 10/10 ratings for cleanliness and comfort, which we found to be misleading. Based on our experience, this unit would rate closer to a 5. We were disappointed in the cleanliness and overall comfort, which significantly impacted our ability to relax during our stay.The living area was a major concern. The sleeper sofa/couch was structurally unsupportive, heavily worn, and visibly stained. It was very uncomfortable. The rug in front of the couch appeared worn, gray, and dirty.The kitchen including pots and pans were scratched with Teflon peeling off, making them unusable and a potential health concern. The spatula was not clean. Basic items, including coffee filters and an additional pan, were missing.Cleanliness throughout the unit was below expectations. There was visible, heavy dust on top of the refrigerator and on wall décor, smudges and handprints on the walls, cracked paint, stained lampshades and throw pillows, and a splattered metal cup in the bathroom that appeared unclean. The bathroom door handle area was very grimy, feeling very unsanitary. We did take photos and communicated our concerns during the stay.The outdoor space was similarly disappointing. The porch carpet was covered in sand, and a decaying rubber football had broken apart from an above ceiling rack with debris falling on chairs. Bike chains were severely rusted. The place needs thoroughly cleaned and painted for sure.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Unit was exactly as pictured /presented in the listing. Very easy to communicate with the owner. View of ocean as pictured and only Steps from beach. Would recommend this unit and we would stay again for sure!

Amenities were good! and location was great for walking and biking im several directions! Can't beat the distance to the beach.

My host was awesome! Instructions were very clear. They even had the condo ready by 12:00. The place was very clean and comfortable. We felt like we were at home. Everything was close by. We will definitely come back during the summer!

Fantastic location. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. We walked to and from shops and restaurants via the beach. The condo’s beach access to the Coligny Beach access where the shops and restaurants were was less than 1/2 a mile, making it an easy and beautiful walk.

The unit was clean and nicely equipped. One of the bikes had a flat tire, but the host was able to provide a different bike quickly. Easy access to the beach and close to restaurants and store.

Great stay for couples

The condo was clean, comfortable and just enough space for two. It was very close to the beach and great restaurants. We stored our e-bikes in the bike storage area. We will definitely go back.

We had a great getaway to Serenity By The Sea! The locations can’t be beat. Just steps to the ocean and an easy walk (or bike ride) to Coligny for plenty of dining and shopping options. Communication was top notch and the unit itself was clean and well stocked with anything you might need. We can’t wait to come back!

Great communication with hosts. All the amenities needed for a beach vacation, down to the beach towels. Couldn’t ask for better accommodations. Thank you for a pleasant, relaxing stay.

Nice place, great location!

The place was great. Close to shopping and the beach. The only down side which couldn't be helped was the air-conditioning the room got hot at night. But with high temps and humidity putside we knew that was gonna happen. But i took a fan which helped a lot. We will definitely be back to this place. So covient to the beach and great places to eat and shop. We parked our car and walked everywhere.

The location was wonderful - great views, easy in and out with ample parking, very short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops are walkable as well. We didn't end up using the bicycles but the weather was perfect and we enjoyed the walks. The condo was the perfect size for the 2 of us and had everything we would need including beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. Communication was great and we had no issues accessing the unit. This was our first time to the area and we can't wait to go back - great first impression!!

The condo is well equipped for our weekend! Its location is great for walking to the beach or to lots of restaurants and The Tiki Hut (live music on the beach). There was also a wine and food festival in the park that was in walking distance.

The condo is small, but cozy and really close to the beach and shopping. Nice little balcony to relax on and get an ocean view.

The condo was clean, comfy, and in a great location a short walk to the beach and Coligny Plaza. We appreciated the bikes, and rode the beach at low tide every day. We hope to return!every day

The location of this property is perfect. It is walking distance from the beach and coligny plaza. The room is beautifully decorated and we enjoyed lounging in the condo as much as we did going out. It has all the amenities you will need and the property managers are kind and communicate well. They made the vacation process seamless.

Enjoyed the condo, and particularly liked having bikes available for use instead of needing to arrange delivery and pick-up. Pool is not heated in the winter, but was not listed as heated, so no surprise. Bed was comfortable, and TV worked well for us to watch the Macy's parade that our son was in. I was also able to make a simple dinner in the kitchen. Right on the water with an ocean view. I would stay here again.

It was just perfect! The location of the property could not have been more convenient. We rode our bikes over 25 miles in 4 days and saw the entire island. The owners of this property were great to work with. The hospitality made us feel so welcome and we will be going back.
