Welcome to Serenity Shores, a 3-bedroom, 2½-bath corner condo on the 6th floor of Shores of Panama. Enjoy a wrap-around Gulf-front balcony with panoramic pool and beach views, stylish décor, and space for up to 8 guests. Seasonal beach service—two lounge chairs and an umbrella from Mar 15–Oct 31—is included with your stay.

Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay.Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

About the Vacation Rental Unit:

Serenity Shores is a luxurious beachfront retreat located in the renowned Shores of Panama Resort and features a wrap-around balcony with panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and the resort's expansive lagoon-style pool. Professionally decorated with custom tile floors and plantation shutters, this corner condo is an ideal destination for families and groups seeking a memorable beach vacation.

This spacious condo features two master suites, each furnished with a king-sized bed and its own bathroom. The first master suite offers stunning Gulf views, while the second overlooks the resort's oversized picturesque pool. A private bunk room (with a door) provides additional sleeping arrangements, and the living area includes a sleeper sofa for extra guests.

This 3-bedroom, 2½-bathroom vacation rental features:

Other Sleeping Arrangements include a private bunk room with twin-over-twin bunk beds as well as a Queen sleeper sofa in the Living Room

3rd bathroom: half-bath conveniently located near the private bunk room
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 8 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

The fully equipped kitchen boasts all the necessary utensils and appliances for those who prefer to dine in. Additional amenities include a full-sized washer and dryer, free wireless internet, and a furnished wrap-around balcony perfect for enjoying the breathtaking sunsets over the emerald waters.

Parking:

Required Guest Registration: All guests must pre-register online to purchase your parking pass(es) and amenity wristbands (RFID). After booking, we'll send you a unit-specific registration link. Upon arrival, you must stop by the onsite concierge upon arrival to pick up your packet. Resort Fees vary by unit size and currently cost $75-$115.

Parking passes and amenity packets (including your RFID wristbands) must be purchased through an online preregistration process. A link will be shared upon booking to allow the guest to register. Fees at Shores of Panama (which include resort fee, amenity bands and parking permits) range from $75 to $115, depending on the size of the rental unit. Please note that taxes and fees are subject to change.

Those who register online will still need to pick up their packet from the concierge upon arrival. Display your parking pass on your dashboard for the entirety of your stay. One pass is for a reserved parking space on the 6th floor, near the right hand entrance, clearly marked with unit number #603. The 2nd car can park in any unmarked (YELLOW) spot.

Upon your initial arrival at Shores of Panama, utilize the portico (main building) entrance. The garage height is less than seven feet. If your car is at least 6 feet, 11 inches high, there is parking for oversized vehicles on the ground level only but spots are first come-first served. If you have any problems with parking onsite, feel free to contact Property Patrol. We have motorcycle parking in the 15-min parking area, small trailer parking is on the 12th floor. Property Patrol tries to keep the bikes centralized for security purposes.

If you have an additional vehicle, read the following carefully:

There are three primary paid parking lots on the beach operated by the City of Panama City Beach. Beachgoers and residents of Panama City Beach can park and pay through the Passport Parking mobile app. Users must download the free Passport Parking app on their smartphones, create an account with a preferred method of payment, then provide the zone and vehicle license plate number.

Drivers can download the free Passport Parking app from the App Store and Google Play. Users can also manage their parking online.

In addition to paying for parking, users can view their parking history and extend parking sessions remotely, so there's no need to leave the beach! Effective October 1, 2022, parking is $2 per hour up to 6 hours or $12 for 24 hours. You may utilize these parking lots for a weekly rate of $84.

Shores of Panama is a 23-story Gulf- front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort features over 14,000 square feet of pool space, indoor and outdoor with hot tubs, a modern fitness center with brand new equipment, poolside Tiki bar and Food Hut (open seasonally) and onsite grills for common use. There are beachside activities and watersports as well as onsite chair/ umbrella rentals.

You're just steps away from everything you could need! Walmart is across the street, right next door to Pineapple Willies, across the street from the new 810 Billiard & Bowling complex - with sports simulators, Krazy Darts, axe throwing, an arcade, a restaurant/bar and a Mean Mugs milkshake bar and many other dining, entertainment and shopping options. You are just moments away from Pier Park, Panama City's premier shopping and dining area. You will have a great time on your vacation, no matter where you go in PCB!

Other details to note:

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, there is an external security (“Ring”) camera located at this vacation rental (at the front door). Shores of Panama Resort security has cameras placed throughout the building.

Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).

    Check in was easy. The garage was entirely too small for the size of the vehicles such that only one vehicle could turn the bend at one time and saw someone cut too short and scraped the entire right side of her truck. The unit had no clean towels with soiled towels in the washer and dryer. Staff provided clean towels with request by the end of the evening. Floors and countertops did not appear to have been wiped with sticky drink stains on them (no broom for sweeping). Showers need an update and living room furniture was dingy and needs to be replaced. The internet was very spotty for a couple of days, but staff came to reset it stating it was a building network issue. TVs were a bit difficult to navigate with handwritten notes for bedroom tvs. Beds were comfortable and pool area was nice for the kids. Beach was not as clean as I expected with lots of bottles and trash the next day. I saw several patrons cleaning up outside. Overall, no plans to return. Have gotten a better bang for my buck with much nicer places.
