Welcome to Serenity of PCB @ Laketown Wharf. This gorgeous two bedroom, two bath condo has a killer lake view. Sleeps 6 max.
This resort is located in the heart of Panama City Beach Florida on Thomas Drive. Laketown Wharf provides amenities for the whole family including a fitness center, five swimming pools, a large freshwater lake, & a lakefront boardwalk. At night Laketown Wharf comes alive as we celebrate another beautiful day here in PCB with a magical lighted fountain show. If that's not enough come & enjoy some delicious dining located right with the resort.
Laketown Wharf offers some great on-site dining. Enjoy The Wharf, Juan Taco, & Southern Sandwiches.

Sleeping Arrangements:
: Per the fire marshal this unit sleeps 8 people max. Including children of all ages. Absolutely no exceptions to this rule. This includes visitors as well.

Guests will be responsible for registering their vehicles. A few days prior to the arrival date Anchors Away Rentals will send you a link to register & pay for your vehicles. Parking passes for two bedrooms will be $103.66. No more than two vehicles. No exceptions. We will leave 8 wristbands inside the unit for you. Guests are responsible for leaving all 8 wristbands when you checkout. If any are missing during the checkout inspection guests will be responsible for the charge to replace them. Guests will be responsible for a $25.00 charge for each missing wristband. If a guest loses a wristband during his/her stay the guest will have to pay a $25.00 charge at the concierge desk & have it replaced. If you have a broken wristband the concierge desk will replace the broken wristband for free if the broken wristband is returned. Wristbands are to be worn on property at all times. Children 12 & under are not required to wear a wristband. Guests may print their parking pass/passes directly from the portal. If the guest is unable to print the parking pass, they may visit the lobby where the concierge desk will be happy to print them. Parking passes must be displayed on vehicle dash when on property.

Please note prior to booking there is a 25-age requirement to book this unit. Person who books must be 25 at the time of booking & present during the entire stay. Please also, note everyone in the party must be 25 or older unless under 18 & accompanied by somebody 25 or older. This is strictly enforced. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement of all guests upon check in guests will be evicted and will not be refunded for the stay. Rental Agreement & Driver's license must be sent back within 48 hours of booking to secure your reservation. If no signed rental agreement & driver's license is sent back within 48 hours guests forfeit reservation & will not be refunded.

This property does not allow Spring Breakers under 25 years of age. Please do not inquire asking if exceptions are made to this policy. There are absolutely no exceptions with our age requirement.

This property & unit are not pet friendly. Please note if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, you will be evicted without refund. If evidence of a pet is found at checkout, you will be fined a charge of $500.

Failure to take out trash or excessive cleans caused from guest's additional charges will apply. The management company will have the right to charge the guest between $150.00- $300.00 for failing to abide by this rule.

No unregistered guests allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We do not allow extra guests this includes visitors as well - children of any age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps. This condo sleeps 8 people max. No more than 8 people in the unit at any given time.

Maintenance & cleanliness issues should be reported to us within 2 hours of checking into the unit. We want to ensure that maintenance issues & cleanliness issues are addressed as soon as the guest checks in so Anchors Away can make it right. Failing to do so guests will be responsible for damages reported after the checkout inspection & after the 2-hour window of checking in the guest takes the unit as is. Please make sure to inform us of any issues regarding maintenance & cleanliness when you arrive.

Please note we only provide a starter pack of Amenities, just to get you through the first night. We do not provide amenities for your entire stay.

Check in is 4pm central on the day of arrival & checkout is 10am central on the day of departure. We do not allow early check ins. By booking guest agrees to wait to go to the property until the 4pm check in time or when you have been told by the office that the unit is ready.
Failure to check out by 10am will result in additional charges. Check out time is 10 AM: if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour until all guests have completely vacated the unit.

Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am – if security is called to your unit, management may evict without refund.

This is a nonsmoking unit. Evidence otherwise will result in a $300 fine & possible eviction without refund.

The damage waiver included in the booking breakdown does not cover missing items. Examples: missing wristbands, missing beach towels, missing kitchen ware, missing linen, or missing parking passes. Guests will be responsible for paying for those charges.

There is a damage waiver of $69.00 included in the booking breakdown that covers accidental damages. The rate of $69.00 in the booking breakdown is for stays less than 27 days. If a guest books a 28-90 day stay the rate does increase for those reservations. Guests will be responsible for the difference in the price. Rates 28-59 nights will be a total of $280.00 for the coverage. Rates 60-90 nights will be a total of $450.00 for the coverage.     Serenity by the sea was a perfect place to stay for me and my family plenty of space plenty of amenities with the unit and everything to do at the condo made the vacation all around amazing the photos were exactly like what we showed up to and it was very clean will definitely be staying here again in the future!

    The location of the condo was wonderful. It is on the 3rd floor, so it was easy for us to take the stairs when there was a wait for the elevator. Its also on the same level as the gym, which was perfect for my teenage son. There is parking attached to the building, so no need to take an elevator, which was wonderful. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Check in took a bit, but that isn't the fault of the condo host. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. I would defiantly stay here again!

    This place was great for our family we had seven in our group and there was plenty of room for sleep and activities. Everything was in working order and clean. Only thing I would tell others is the elevators do take awhile to catch we used the stairs a lot that said you can usually park on the floor of this unit and walk straight in without using the elevator big plus when loading and unloading. The wharf itself was nice staff, pools, and access to the beach made everything easy and relaxing. Location is great you are walking distance from Walmart and a lot of good restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

    Our stay was great overall however, my husband is handicapped and the elevators available and wait times etc I’m sure have been complained about before. We either had to wait 20 minutes at times for an elevator or my husband that is a lower limb amputee with a prosthetic had to walk several flights of stairs to get anywhere. And we even tried elevators in the parking garages etc and still had to either wait very excessive amounts of time for or take stairs. Paying over $2500 for a place to stay i would expect to have decent access for handicapped to get up and down and not have to wait 20 minutes for an elevator. Unfortunately because of the elevator issue we will not be back. Everyone we ran into while there all had the same complaint. While adding elevators may be hard or not possible some of them weren’t even running while we were there on the north said one was out of service for over a day leaving just two elevators in that one section. I normally don’t complain but having small kids and someone that is handicapped it’s completely unacceptable.
