Stayed Jan 27, 2026Overall the home is great for a couple of days on the slopes. Just hope you don't have any issues because the host Vacasa provides absolutely no help. We took our grandmother specifically so her and my wife could spend time together for a couple of days watching movies. The TV did not work, we called the moment we got there, then 4 other times and never got a call back. They didn't even attemp to provide any help. I would understand if it was a single owner who communicated and tried to find some help but couldn't, but a company that provides this service and makes no attempt to even respond let alone help is pathetic.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969You get what you pay for. You get what is advertised. The proximity to Sugar Mountain and the ski in, ski out feature is great. We bought our lift tickets in advance, put our skis on and a short walk and you’re on the slopes skiing on the green in no time. It was easy to park at the condo and it was easy to drive to Sugar Mountain and park if you wanted. We were able to use the kitchen to cook and it was very well stocked I would say. We did like the fact that they were plenty of places to hang coats and ski gear. A few negatives… The place smells of old cigarette smoke, the beds are uncomfortable, as well as the sheets. The carpet was old and dingy. The showers were old and tile was cracked and a little moldy in spots. There is only one TV in the living room, which is not convenient if you have kids wanting to go to their own rooms and watch TV before going to bed. This place needs a major update.
