Stayed Sep 13, 2024I will say communication was top notch, however the property needs some attention. It sleeps 6, however there is only seating for 4 at the table. We had to pull the outside chairs in so everyone could sit together. The kitchen wasn’t stocked well and only had one pot and a couple of pans. This made it difficult to cook. The beds were so squeaky that anytime someone moved, it would wake me up. This was a complaint for both beds. Both mattresses were lumpy. There were no hangers in either closet and there was no dresser in the secondary bedroom. I had to stack all clothes in the top of the closet. The handrail was so dirty and sticky we had to clean it. We stayed in the end unit, so for the most part it was pretty quiet. The hot tub was nice.

Stayed Dec 31, 2025Unfortunately, this property was extremely disappointing and raised serious safety and hygiene concerns, especially for families with children.The home was not as advertised and did not reflect the listing photos. The flooring throughout the house was unsafe, with panels coming up and not properly secured. The back door would swing open unless the deadbolt was locked, which is a major safety issue. The bunk bed was unstable, creaked and swayed significantly, making it unsafe to use. Two out of three toilets were unusable, and the remaining fixtures appeared unsanitary.Cleanliness was also a major concern. The carpets were heavily stained and smelled strongly of pet urine. The beds were covered in dog hair and stains, requiring us to purchase our own sheets. We traveled with a one-year-old, and the number of safety hazards made our stay very stressful. We reached out to the host directly to report these concerns and request resolution but never received a response. The lack of communication after raising serious safety and cleanliness issues is extremely concerning and suggests avoidance rather than accountability.We are leaving this honest review to ensure transparency and to help future guests make an informed decision. Safety and hygiene should never be compromised.

They responded to my messages right away and made sure once we were checked in that everything was ok. Also they were so helpful and understanding when i asked if we coukd stay an extra nightand they were more than willing to accommodate my request

Stayed Jul 23, 2023This property was very clean and matched the description. We originally wanted to stay in a cabin but changed our minds when we realized everything we wanted to do would be a 45 minute drive. This location was perfect. It was not in the city hustle but only a 10 minute drive to Pigeon Forge and 25 minutes to Gatlinburg.

Stayed Jul 21, 2023This was the perfect central spot for our baseball weekend with games in Dandridge and Knoxville. My husband and I and our 16 year-old son plus one 16 year-old teammate who’s parents couldn’t come. So much better than a hotel! The 2nd bedroom with bunk bed was perfect for the boys to have their own space and their own separate full bathroom was a bonus, not to mention the fun video game! The hot tub was enjoyed both nights to soothe sore baseball muscles. Kitchen was well stocked. We ate breakfast and dinner in which saved $ vs. eating our. It was nice to have starter soap/paper towel/toilet paper/dish soap/dishwasher supplies provided. Washer/dryer was another bonus to wash baseball gear and dry suits after hot tubbing to avoid going home with wet items. Beds were comfortable. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!
