Stayed Nov 11, 2025This is our second time staying at this complex, so close to every thing, we didnt even use our car. The condo was very clean, love the landscape of the village. The owerners kept in contact with us, very easy to work with. Highly recommend North Coast Village!

Reviewer Comments: This room had a great balcony facing the central pool area, but you can't see the ocean from it. It was a bit nosy in the evening, but wasn't too bad. Very clean with a bit of heavy chemical cleaner smell, but opening the windows helped. Room had everything you needed to make a good meal without issue and chairs for a visit to the beach. The door needed a little extra love to open and close, but that's basically nitpicking. The property management team was incredibly friendly. We will be back in the future. Great location.

The thing to be aware of is the designated parking space is really tight for larger vehicles. Other area of concern is when checking in the parking area is small and fills up fast. They will not check you in till3:00PM.

I have been staying at these condos off and on for years. Love the location! It’s right on the beach! It’s a short walk to the marina to eat out or go on a fishing trip. I love that everything is so close and I don’t have to drive to it. It makes for a relaxing stay.

Stayed May 17, 2025It was nice. We did have to deal with constant ants, but i know it was mentioned. The last place i stayed there at same facility had seasoning to cook with and no ants. The bed is very hard and uncomfortable and at sides they fold down. Very worn out. Also cleaning people came on Thursday and opened our door. We said excuse me, we are here, changing. They said sorry wrong room. So im glad they saw nothing else. Otherwise nice place.

Stayed Jan 24, 2025We were very comfortable in this unit. The king sized bed was great and the living room furniture was new, I especially loved the recliners. The kitchen had everything needed to cook and serve on. The only issue we had was the slow shower drain and the bad shower head. I would definitely stay here again.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great property including luscious garden, pool and gym. Apartment needs renovation. Sleep couch is old and will make your back hurt. But the real problem is that the ceiling needs to be isolated. If you have people living above you, they will not get any sleep. When we told Misty she answered that she cannot prevent people from living.

The location is great with the beach right outside the gates. The property is a very beautiful resort style grounds with a pool, hot tub and some activities on site, we enjoyed feeding the massive koi fish a couple of times during our stay. The condo was a good size for our family of 4 and came equipped with chairs, boogie boards, a beach umbrella and even a cooler to enjoy our days at the beach. We had our own private parking spot which was great for coming and going to not have to spend time searching for a spot everytime we returned! We also utilize the laundry room on site before we left which was easy and affordable. We walked to the harbor for dinner several of the nights, which was very close and had many options to choose from. We absolutely loved our stay here and are already planning to return in the future.
