Stayed Sep 25, 2023Best place to stay in FL! Right off the beach, easy to get to food and entertainment and shopping! Free parking and pool access. Cleanest place with kitchen and balcony with ocean view. Loved it! Will definitely be back!

Stayed May 26, 2023When we first walked in the place had a weird smell. Even my kids said what is that smell? The master bedroom bed was so hard and uncomfortable. We kept on waking up through the night because we were sore from the bed. Another thing the master bedroom only has blinds so at night all the outside lights come through which makes you’re room very lighted and hard to sleep not dark at all. The balcony view was fine bc we could see straight to the beach and to the pool area.

Stayed Jan 8, 2022Beautiful place. It had everything we needed And the view was exceptionally beautiful. If anything I would say it would be nice if it had a larger TV in the bedroom and nightstand on both sides of the bed. But for the most part our stay was perfect!

Stayed Nov 9, 2021The property was the spotlessly clean and well maintained. Access to the beach very convenient. The only negative was the toaster did not work and two light bulbs were out in the kitchen. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much.

Stayed Sep 5, 2025We have no complaints about this beach rental. This was in a great location with a clean space. The smell of clean welcomed us right through the front door. The views were perfect and we saw dolphins from our porch about 4 mornings of our stay.

Stayed May 15, 20252 adult women. Beach close view perfect but next time we would want 2 bedroom so someone is sleeping in the hall in a bunk bed. The bunk was not comfy and too hard

Stayed Mar 29, 2025This is in a great location, it was a clean condo, a nice warm pool and everything we needed! We will be back soon. No complaints except for the folding door in the master bedroom, it wouldn’t stay open long enough.

Stayed Mar 25, 2023Nice place with a lovely balcony. Heated Pool. Easy access to the beach. Loved the joint standard Coffee Maker and K Cup set up. We definitely would stay here again. The only downfall was no curtains in the main bedroom. The blinds didn't block all of the light from the back hallway.

Stayed Oct 17, 2022We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Summerspell #308. The condo was beautiful and well appointed. The only downside is there is no elevator so carrying luggage and groceries up and down three flights of steps was a little difficult. The beach was beautiful as always and the crowds were minimal since we were there at the end of October.
