Serene 1 Bedroom Condo in the Heart of Seattle!

The property mgr made sure to be there when we got there to let us in the garage and with instructions. It was great to have a safe garage space for our car. Our condo was clean and ready. It looked like it had updates especially in the bathroom. ( The curtains could use some fixing but that was more of a cosmetic thing that didn’t affect our stay.) The king bed was very comfortable. The portable AC unit in the bedroom was fairly loud but with the ceiling fan going we didn’t need to use it much. A minor kitchen problem was quickly resolved by the mgr which showed how easily reachable and attentive they were if anything came up. The location was great since we had decided to walk to everything we wanted to do in Seattle but as expected, brought some noise and sirens in the night on the weekend. The complex itself was kept up very nice and we spent a little time on the rooftop area overlooking the water which was nice. We would definitely recommend staying here if you want to be near many of the attractions knowing that it might not be the quietest area of the city. Being able, however, to leave our car parked for a few days without worrying about traffic or where to park, was well worth it for us.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT STAY here. My honest feedback about our stay is intended to let people know what they are getting into if you stay here so your vacation is not ruined the way ours was. While the apartment does come with a parking space the indoor garage is very small and poorly designed. Our first night someone sideswiped the rental car. While that is not the owner’s fault, we did contact them for help in obtaining video footage and they were not helpful.This unit faces the interior courtyard; however, it is incredibly loud. Street noise could be heard all night In the early morning (5am) we could hear the loud crashing of dumpsters.We were not told that the week of our stay there was work being done on the exterior of the building and it was very loud. We should have at least been told, if not offered a partial discount. The sofa bed in the unit is in terrible shape. There was a hole in the mattress and there is a huge lump in the middle making it virtually unusableThe surrounding area does not feel safe to walk around, even during the day. One of the draws for us was the indoor pool. The pool was closed one day- no warning and no reason given. We have stayed in many rentals before and this is the first time I have given a low rating. I am used to owners being responsive and helpful. The owners were not helpful at all. Please do yourself a favor and do not stay here or in any unit from these owners.

Great location, nice & quiet, beautifully maintained property with easy walkability to shops and restaurants. Apartment unit was clean, plenty of towels (etc)... had zero issues or needs while we were there. Owners/property manager were communicative and incredibly friendly. It was a perfect stay for us.

The home is a a large building and is very safe. They have protocol so no one can enter and security as well. The house itself we thought needed a living loving care. Little dusty but overall provided the comfort we came for. Hockey Game!!

This apartment is in an excellent location to see the city sites. It is a perfect space for a couple with amenities such as free parking, workout room, and shared patio and courtyard. While the immediate area felt safe and was quiet, Belltown is known for its nightclubs and general rowdiness. So we paid attention to where we walked at night.
