Sensational Golf Course & Mountain Views

The place was very well appointed. All necessary amenities were there and the host was amazing. So very caring and helpful.

The condo and furnishings are very nice. Updated kitchen is great to cook in with everything you need to prepare meals. Walk in showers are à bonus. We enjoyed sitting on the patio looking at the beautiful view and watching golfers. Ideal location in Desert Falls across the street from a large pool.Drew, property manager, was great to work with. Very caring and attentive. This will be our go to unit to stay in for the upcoming years.

Drew was great to work with, always checking in to see if we needed something. The condo was spotless , well stocked and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend it.

My mother and I and our 2 small dogs have stayed in this condo before. It never disappoints. And the host,Drew, is wonderful to work with. This condo is the perfect location and is well appointed. They've recently added ceiling fans in each room which is a game changer in the summer months. The bedding is comfortable. Smart TV's in every room with cable tv. The view of the golf course is lovely. The kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals. There is both a tradional coffee maker and a Kuerig. The A/C works fabulously. The swimming pool is directly across the street and the owner even provides pool floats/rafts. Truly can't say enough about this property and the host, Drew. Thanks again for another relaxing visit.

Property was clean, spacious and perfectly set up for our group. From the gas grill and patio seating to plenty of dishes and pans, the place was great for gathering for meals.Drew was a great host and easy to communicate with. Excellent all the way!

The condo is very nice, beautifully decorated and has an updated kitchen. The furniture is newer and very comfortable. Drew was an excellent host and communicator. Our check-in went smoothly and the unit met our needs for location and cleanliness. We had a wonderful week in a very comfortable condo. There are lots of restaurants nearby as well as golf courses. We hope to come again next year!

We had a wonderful stay! The weather was perfect so we spent a lot of time at the pool. Drew was a great communicator and there were no problems. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied.

Great stay in Palm Desert. The unit has everything you need to feel at home. We enjoyed the sunsets and with temparatures in the mid-nineties in late October, we really appreciated the proximity of the pool! Communications with Drew were quick and efficient. We highly recommend!

Property was clean, well-stocked, nicely decorated, and comfortable! Very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed taking advantage of the amenities and pools too! Drew was so easy and pleasant to communicate with. We had no issues during our stay, but if we had, I have no doubts Drew would have taken care of it immediately! Will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The host Drew’s hard work and attention to detail makes this property a real gem. The home was ultra clean and well organized with everything you can think of to make your stay five stars and beyond! We appreciated the excellent communication and care we felt while being his guests.We have stayed at many rentals and agree this one is by far the best because of the host. The property is exactly as described. It's clean, comfortable, and well supplied. We had a very enjoyable stay and look forward to doing so again. This was our sixth stay at Desert Falls. Our second time being hosted by Drew. This condo is exactly as advertised. What you see in the photos is exactly what it is like in person. It's beautiful, lots of room, beautiful views, the bedding was particularly nice. Location is fabulous. Close to restaurants and shopping and casinos. Drew makes everything easy from start to finish. From the check-in process to the checkout process, Drew is very communicative and will check on you throughout your stay to make sure everything is going as expected. If you have any questions Drew is quick to respond. Some items to mention are that there are no ceiling fans in the living room nor the two bedrooms. This can be a little bit problematic in the desert in spring and summer months when temperatures flare to 100+ degrees. However they did have a standup fan in the closet which I took out and used in the living room just to keep the air moving around. A/C works well. The other thing to note is that this particular owner doesn't have local TV channels. They do Have plenty of television options with streaming services. And the TV is huge. Really nice. But if you are used to watching local television stations for local news or even CNN/Fox news, you will not get those channels. That said, the Samsung streaming that they have on the TV is plentiful and we had no trouble finding tons of our favorite shows to watch. All in all I would rate this condo a 9 out of 10 and I would highly recommend it

This condo is very nice...just as described in the listing and then some. Drew was a great host and did an excellent job communicating with me. We look forward to visiting again soon!
