SENSATIONAL 4 BD RESIDENCE UNIT

Have stayed in the residences multiple times in the past. Definitely not what they used to be. Rooms were tired, floors were separating and lifting, floors were filthy and thing just needed some basic maintenance. Wouldn’t cost a lot to make the unit acceptable but I would guess in a timeshare environment, they have oversold everything. People are still great but overworked. We got sent to staging area to ‘make check-in quicker’ but it was to tee me up for a timeshare sale. Once I declined after an hour, they held our room till the last minute, 5 hours later and forgot our bags for another 2 so got bags close to 7 even though we dropped them at noon. Be prepared to fight for pool chairs. People literally go down at 7 am 2 hours before pools open and ‘reserve’ multiple seats by throwing stuff on them even though the resort says you have to be there to get a chair, it’s bedlam.

Natalie could not have made our stay more enjoyable. She communicated with us several times beforehand with helpful information, and was always willing to answer questions and provide guidance. We had a small issue at check in, which was unrelated to the host. Overall, excellent experience!

What an incredible experience from start to finish with this stay. The hosts where incredibly attentive to our questions in preparing for the trip and providing us all the information we needed for a seamless check-in. The resort the property sits on is one of the best places we’ve stayed and was perfectly set up for kids and adults alike to have fun. There were dozens of pools and restaurant options that were easy to get to. As for the unit, first class would be an understatement for this place. The unit was perfect for my group (6 adults, 6 kids all under 5yo) to spread out and be comfortable. The place also operates like a hotel with maid service, concierges and room service. We will absolutely be coming back. Counting down the days until our next trip!

This is the third time we’ve stayed at Vidanta, so we had high expectations. The stay in the Grand Luxxe Residence Tower surpassed them all. And our interaction with the host was the best experience we’ve had in a VRBO booking ever! Thank you!!

I am a very experienced traveller. I enjoy 5 star vacations from the Four Season to the St. Regis, The Fairmont and More. I say this to set the tone for my experience with this booking. There are MANY people posting availability on VRBO that don't actually have the units reserved yet. This is a time share resort so you have to HAVE the units reserved for the week you want typically a year plus out (for the four bedroom Residence Tower) so when you see posted dates don't be fooled. These owners are ACCURATELY posting what the have available. Natalie and Kurt 100% aced the experience. The description of what it is, what I would receive and what my experience would be was accurate and phenomenal without error. The unit was just as the pictures suggested and my family had the exclusivity we desired with the luxury we enjoy. I give them the HIGHEST level of praise and with heartfelt gratitude. The resort is BEYOND LARGE as one of the largest I have seen. If you want private and quaint you will find that staying in your unit and only using your pool on the roof top (out of over 1,000 units for rent only 36 are in the Residence Tower with access to its private pool) I stayed in the Residence Tower, a four bedroom 6,200 sqft unit (currently the highest option offered as the Estates are coming soon this will be outdated) and had private golf carts with secluded relaxation. My children (8,6,5 & 3) had the time of their lives as well. Just 10 mins from the property we arranged for a private tour and were able to swim with the dolphins too. A must go for any family!!!! With Natalie and Kurt you will get hands down the best service as well!!!

I hesitate to even leave a review because I don’t want this place to be in too much demand when we want to come back. And we will without question be back!! Thank you Natalie for your awesome communication, recommendations, and tips :)

We had a blast at the Grand Luxxe. Natalie was a pleasure to work with. Very timely with responses and made sure everything went smoothly. The property was immaculate. Will stay here again in the future!

Units in the residence building are very large with great views. Enjoyed the special services of the residence building as well (roof top pool and private shuttles). Overall resort was clean with lots of different pools to visit. We stayed mainly on the Grande Luxxe side of the complex. The owner, Natalie, was very helpful and communicated everything we needed. Overall great stay for our family.

The venue is fantastic! Rooftop pool and restaurant is perfect for after beach drinks and relaxation. The unit is beyond spacious and well appointed. The owner is extremely helpful with all aspects of the process. Best experience over the last 5 years of visiting the property.
