Great property, nice pool area, beach right across street. A few restaurants right in area to walk to with beach side dining, about 10 minute drive from main strip. My only issue was when we checked in (after 4pm) the room hadn't been taken care of yet and was Missing toilet paper etc. after a long drive that was not great ? Also the gate code wasn't working for beach but owners reached out with different code and everything was fine after that!

Everything was great but wish new pots and skillets

Good location with lovely pool area and easy access to the beach. However , the condo needed some serious TLC and updating towel and toilet paper hangers missing, sleeper couch mattress super thin, stained, couch cushions torn, drawer and cabinet knobs missing, lampshades peeling, curtain rod in master mis-hung, refrigerator drawers broken or stuck, and top bunk railing loose and wobbly.

Our entire family had an anxious time in this condo! The unit was spacious, well stocked, and comfortable! The pool was directly outside our huge balcony and the ocean was out the front door and across the street. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and the questions we had were immediately answered by the owners! Simply perfect and we will start here again!

I booked a last minute Memorial week stay for my 7 yr old son and 60plus mother. This place was priced great for the holiday week to start with. The location was great, just had to cross the road to the beach which was not overly crowded. The pool was my son’s favorite part. He enjoyed overlooking the pool so he cld see if his new found friends were out yet to join him for the day. The 2 different pools made you like you had plenty of room from others. We really loved our first time to Miramar and will be back that’s for sure.

If you were a college student on spring break, this unit is for you. It has rundown, broken furniture and unsafe features that are not worth the cost. These would wood include: 1. on check-in, the bedframe was broken and the bed saved in the middle and had to wait till the next day to get that fixed. The bed still sag in the middle. The bedframe is not attached to the headboard and the headboard is Velcro to the wall. 2. There is no toilet paper holder in the master bathroom the roll sits on the counter. 3. The provided hairdryer has burn marks on the electrical insertion and burn marks on the outlet below it indicating some type of electrical issue it was unplugged and remained unplugged.. 4. the lights over the mirror in the master bathroom, had several bulbs that were burnt out and three different types of bulbs were in the sockets. Very tacky. 5. The fire alarm over the bunkbeds had no battery cover and no battery in it. I’m not sure it was operational. 6. The refrigerator had large dents on the outside of the refrigerator and broken parts on the inside door of the refrigerator. Parts of it were not useful. 7. There was a broken dining room chair with missing bolts. There was a broken storage hutch with the knob. Missing the knob is inside of the hutch could’ve been easily repaired. The furniture worn, and dirty. 8. The left-hand door to the washer and dryer does not close properly. I could go on, but it would not change. I would not recommend this unit.

We absolutely loved everything about this property. The splash pad, pool, hot tub, beach access, property layout, etc. We will definitely be staying here again! (:

Our condo was perfect loved having a poolside view! Family oriented environment! Will definitely look this property up on our next visit to Florida

Overall stay was pleasant. Recommend occasional deep clean of units. Or more thorough regular cleaning.

The room was very dirty. All ceiling fans were covered in dust, bathroom floors had hair from previous people, walls were filthy. The kitchen wall outlets didn’t work so we had to plug in coffee and toaster in living room for 3 days until someone finally came out to fix. Only 3 forks in silverware had to borrow some from a friend. 5 or more light bulbs out in the unit smoke detector no batteries in it. Very disappointed.

Great place. Pool access and beach access were great. Easy to bike around the area. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Had one minor issue, but it was resolved quickly and easily.
