The condo was nice. The kitchen was stocked very well with items that we needed. The beds were nice and firm and I had plenty of pillows. The view was wonderful from the balcony. The bathrooms were small and we had no hot water in the kitchen and the ice maker was not working correctly. That is little stuff but overall I would return to the condo.

The unit is in a great location being a corner unit and extending the outdoor living space. The rooms were nice and beds were comfortable. The unit was also fully stocked with everything needed in the kitchen.

Room was exactly as pictured! Great views and felt clean. Only feedback for the room would be make sure you bring your own pillows. Only heads up for guests, be prepared for an elavator or 2 to be down. Not condos fault but this is the second year we've stayed at pheonix east and both years there was issues. Other than that check in and out super easy. Dolphin and boat watching from balcony daily!

Wonderful short visit

Not the best but was certainly not the worst. Beach had too much ground up shell. Maintenance staff fixed a problem but left their mess. For all intents and purposes, the cond was good but not great.

Great place with super cute decor! Perfect location and super convenient to get to the beach, especially with 3 kids. Kids loved the pools (indoor and outdoor) and splash pad. Nice employees and friendly guests!

My family had a short 4 night stay for fall break. Great location with grocery and many great restaurants close by. Phoenix East is a good property with good pool area and our 16 month old loved the splash park. Older kids loved playing in the waves and played lots of racquetball when not outside. Check in, check out was quick and smooth. We had unit 711, which is a corner unit with wrap around porch. Master suite has its own balcony with views northward. We will return for sure!

We really liked this condo. The decor is so nice! The layout was great, spacious, and I loved the master being away from the living area. Good for sleeping in! The view of Perdido pass was one we had not seen before and I don't think I'll ever go back to the other end of Orange Beach. The beds were super comfy. The kitchen was totally stocked with everything. Even a crockpot and George Forman grill, k cup machine and coffee pot. The pools were nice and the walk to the beach was super quick. If I could BUY this condo I would. Loved it!

WE DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE THIS CONDO! The condo is updated beautifully. Had everything we needed for our week trip. Corner unit with an amazing beach view. Large rooms with comfortable beds, two updated full baths and a beautiful kitchen. The sunrise and sunset every morning were amazing! We saw dolphins from the balcony every day. Walk right out from the condo building to the pool and beach. The heated indoor pool and spas were a plus. The condo building staff was very kind. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful beach condo it belongs in a Coastal Living magazine. Can’t wait to come back!
