Sedona Red Rock Private Casita

Very comfortable place to stay while visiting Sedona. Easy access, lots of eateries nearby, just a short drive thru beautiful red rocks to get to Sedona. Would stay here again if we were in the area.

Had everything we needed. Very clean. Quiet area. Close to shops and beautiful nature.

I booked a property with a package deal on expedia, shortly after booking the property manager called to say he made an scheduling error and overbooked and couldn't offer the property unless I could change my dates. (I just booked my flights and car with the package!) He said he has another property few over, I agreed and had to book on Vrbo. When we arrived the place was a mess! I sent pictures he said he didn't know what happened. He offered for me to get a hotel in the area and he would reimburse me as well as dinner. We did so and the room and dinner was about the same cost as I paid if not less. (My choice of where I went) Came back the next day, it was cleaner, however, the dishes in the cabinet filthy, food on the kitchen chairs still, the bedroom TV wouldn't work and his suggestion was maybe the batteries. (could be user error but their was no directions and we tried everything) He was not helpful with problem solving. Things are out dated and very used. The sheets have discoloring, counters have burns, microwave maybe glued or just gunk on it. He said he was going to mail a check for reimbursement of the 1 night and meal. But honestly I wish I just booked somewhere else and there was hotels near by for cheaper and they were clean and nice. I was looking forward to the kitchen so we didn't have to eat out but the filth in the house we only attempted to eat their once. Not worth the money at all. I would highly suggest looking around. Lots of places off 179 for hotels

Perfect for 2 people or two couples. Nice having two full baths. Very clean and well kept. No problems.

Dated menus and rest. info was useless. Two tiny bars of soap. No instructions for using the streaming for tv's.

We enjoyed our stay! A great location, and had the basics of what we needed, including laundry.

It was a bit dated but clean and cozy. I love the location of the property with nice walking trail.

It was a great property, but internet was not available. We were frustrated trying to contact the vendor and then passed it on to the owner. It was not resolved while we were there. Since I had business to conduct during our stay, I had to go to other locations, which may not have been secure, to conduct my business.

The property was really pretty and all of the people were super friendly. The condos decor was very dated but the beds and the pillows were really comfortable and the showers were great. EVERYTHING you needed was provided from laundry soap, towels, linens, etc. to condiments and spices you needed in the kitchen. For the price, this place was perfect. Thank you Mike and Betty for an awesome vacation!

Great place.Easy access to everything.Lots of amenities.Beautiful view from the property.Owner was super easy to work with.

Enjoyed the view as we dined, spent time relaxing at table in back yard. Could use a bit larger tv for older couples like us. Owner responded immediately to problem we had with dishwasher. We were unable to use all of our reservation due to illness but did enjoy our time in this condo.

Great weekend of golf

Location of property was Excellent! Very quite and peaceful. Would stay here again:) My only downside was the living room furniture, it really needs to be replaced it's Very Worn out!! Everything else was Excellent

The Village of Oak Creek is a wonderful place to stay when in Sedona. It's out of the main hustling bustle of town but has everything you need. I leave Colorado to get ou out of the snow however, the snow followed me.. Mike is a great host! Very responsive to my needs. snow. However, it did snow!

The house is nice with seperate bedrooms to spread out. Its clean and nicely decorated, but nothing easily breakable for kids. It was a good value and met expectations for what we paid.I would stay here again.

This was our 5th time staying with one of Mike and Betsy's properties and it was as great as ever! Such an awesome location, close walk to the pool and hot tub, and quiet country club neighborhood. We love the two bathrooms so everyone can get showers right after hiking. Thanks for another great vacation!

Enjoyed mtb trails!

We had a great stay at this condo. Mike was super responsive to questions before and during the trip. The location was about a 15-20 min drive into downtown Sedona, depending on traffic. Parking was right in front of the condo and a short walk to the front door. There was plenty of silverware and plates and such for meals. The only drawback, and it was inconsequential, is the dishwasher is very loud. I thought it was broken at first because it was so loud. Wasn't a huge factor at all, especially since I didn't try to run it at night. Providing the Red Rock parking pass was a huge plus. We used it several times to go on a few hikes. The beds were comfy and all in all, we had a great stay.

Very convenient location, good size for a family of four and appropriately equipped. Some trails right behind the community. Everything was great from our point of view. Mike answers very quickly. I would rent again anytime.
