Need a little beach time This one will lure you here! The 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Phoenix East condo (PE-206) on the 2nd floor was completely renovated and now features wood-style tile flooring throughout, new furnishings and a high-end kitchen. Soft teal wall coloring adds a special coastal vacation touch to the inviting condo that sleeps up to 10 guests.

Guests to this lovely unit will enjoy the extended balcony with a table and four chairs, extra seating and three chaise lounge chairs to take in the stunning view.

Stepping from the balcony to the living room through floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, guests can relax on two recliners and two sofas - one a Queen sleeper - in front of a large, flatscreen television.

The dining area features a long wood table with seating for six. Nearby is a wide kitchen breakfast bar with additional seating for three.

Clean white-and-gray granite countertops give the fully equipped kitchen an elegant but practical feel.

A King-size bed awaits guests in the master bedroom with its direct balcony access. The ensuite master bath features a granite countertop, single-sink vanity and a glass-enclosed bathtub and shower combination.

The second bedroom features 2 full-size beds and a flatscreen television, while the third bedroom has a Queen-size bed and a wall-mounted TV.

For extra convenience, there are a full-size washer and dryer in the condo.

Phoenix II features an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, a kiddie splash pool, a hot tub, a fitness center, outdoor tennis courts, racquetball courts, a sauna and a grilling area.

The beachfront condo is located on Perdido Beach Boulevard, approximately 8 miles east of State Highway 59.

    The property was nice. We got a call on the second day that our guest bathroom was leaking to the office below. Maintenance came to look at it and asked us not to use the bathroom until it could be fixed. It didn't get fixed for our entire stay, we had 5 people sharing the master bathroom. :( We also weren't able to open the bedroom sliding glass door to access the balcony, not a huge deal. It was not a great experience and really hindered privacy in the master bedroom. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, cups, pots and pans but nothing else. When a listing says fully stocked, I would expect to at least have some coffee filters, salt, pepper, oil maybe a few other spices to get a meal started. I don't want to have to purchase a whole spice cabinet to cook a few meals. We loved the location and the balcony was amazing. The only drawback was it is right above the pool so it was noisy until 11 when the pool closed. All in all it was a great vacation with a few inconveniences. We still had a great time.

    We have been to Orange Beach many times and this was the best view we have ever had! The deck was also the best we've ever had. It is huge! You could easily spend your entire day here. The beds were comfortable, as was the furniture. Lots of room to spread out. Though we did not use the pool, it is beautiful. I will say the cleaning of the condo itself was not good. Sheets and towels were all clean, but the floor was not swept and when I wiped down the kitchen cabinets and counters, my wipe came away dirty. I found a comb under one bed (and not super far under the bed; it should have been noticed by housekeeping) and candy wrappers under another bed. It wasn't horrible and I'm not super picky, so I was fine with cleaning myself. I was just surprised. Location is very close to many good restaurants and shopping. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo and Phoenix East.

    The property was nice but definitely lacked in cleaning. I was very surprised to find a puzzle piece, an old orange peel, and somebody’s luggage tag on the floor of different rooms of the house. I feel like this was absolutely lacking in cleanliness considering we are in the middle of a national pandemic! Is this also the type of cleaning that I’m paying for? Also, the guest bathroom was hard to lock. And, one of the lamp’s in a bedroom was basically missing half of its base from being broke. I enjoyed myself because of the people I was with and, for the most part, it was a nice stay. I just felt like the money I paid, I shouldn’t have had to deal with the issues I did.

    We had a great time at this Pheonix East property, the 2nd floor patio is awesome, very big! we had a great time relaxing out there after a day at the beach and hearing the ocean and all the folks at the pool. Of course the beach is the star and it was perfect. The condo itself is a nice layout, recently remodeled and clean, lots of room for a big family. It comfortably handled all 10 of us. Being on the 2nd floor we could skip the elevator and walk down to the beach access very easily which was nice. It is not a huge property though so we didn't have any problems with elevator wait times, and lots of room on the beach. Overall it was a great time and we would definitely come back again.
