Invite your best friend or your significant other to this marvelous, budget-friendly condo near Lake Tahoe! Located on a second floor, forest views and a deliciously refreshing breeze can be enjoyed from your private, furnished balcony. Life at the lodge offers an inviting atmosphere that blends trendiness with rural charm. Step inside after a long car ride and wind down in one of the sofas available as you watch your favorite TV show on the flatscreen TV. If you visit during cold months, the gas fireplace will warm up the entire condo in the blink of an eye. The well-equipped kitchenette has everything you could need to surprise your guest with delicious and warm meals, steamy cups of coffee, cocoa, or tea, and delicious snacks on the go. If you decide to book this mountain retreat, you'll have unlimited access to Lakeland Village's shared amenities that include two outdoor swimming pools (the pool located at the lodge is open year-round and the pool by the lake is seasonal), hot tub, sauna, a fitness center, and even a BBQ area.
This location is something you won't easily find anywhere–it has a little something for everyone–mountain biking, casinos, golf, hiking, spas, shopping, and, of course, water recreation of all kinds. Casinos and concerts are just over a mile away. The Heavenly Gondola, Adventure Park, shops, and fine dining. Less than two miles away is Heavenly Ski Resort, which offers more than 4,600 skiable acres with runs appropriate for all levels. Another great perk of this resort is that you can find daycare programs and children's ski lessons, so feel free to bring the kids along. Spend your days hiking through the Sierra Nevada Mountains, shredding powder along the slopes of Squaw Valley Ski Resort, getting the bird's-eye view of the lake from the Heavenly Gondola or kayaking in Emerald Bay.

Property is okay. Convenient location. Pools are stained making them look dirty. No decaf. I was invisible to the people at the reception.
I was a little dificult to enter the apartment. But the place is realy good.
Outdated room. Shallow tub. Tall dresser unusable, in the way. Lots of towels, not enough shampoo. No coffee or tea. No kleenex. Freezer thick with ice. Customer service number provided but when you call it, it says to text another number - why doesn’t the welcome packet just say so? The final cost of room came down to twice the room rate.
I read some bad reviews of the room, should have listened. Carpets were disgusting. Stained and ripples through out. The place is run down badly. The picture used is 100 time better than the actual. Wall paper coming off the wall. Bedroom tv had three remotes and not one would turn the tv on or off or adjust the volume. PUT SOME MONEY INTO THE PLACE it badly needs it. This is coming from a VP of a hospitality company.
We have stayed at Lakeland Village for years. This is the worse unit we have stayed in. Very outdated, dirty carpet, dirty and peeling wallpaper. No basic supplies like coffee or even salt and pepper. Limited kitchen dishes- only one wine glass! Cheap paper products. No access to streaming channels- or if there was-no directions on how to do that. Do not recommend.
It’s got the hotelness, but it’s a cute cabin like rom with a loft that has its own half bath. Perfect for family.
Our stay was pleasant, I does not have a lake view to speak of. When we got there the fireplace and lights and bedroom TV did not work, called management but my husband ended up finding the problem and fixing. Carpets are pretty nasty but everything else was clean, the bathroom and kitchen could use better lighting. The tub was scary it creaked when you put weight in it and it looked like they had already had some water type damage in the shower area. The people upstairs were very loud, but they did quite down by bedtime.
Clean and basic condo in the main lodge building (felt more like a hotel room). Great location near restaurants and shops and walking distance to the lake. There is a DVD player however not connectable to the TV, so useless!
For the past 15 years, we’ve made Lakeland Village our summer lodging for our time at South Lake Tahoe. Love being right on the beach and near to many restaurants and groceries, but away from the bustle of the casino area.
Great condo. We had everything we needed and then some. Everything was well stocked. More than enough towels for 2 people onour 4 day trip. Location was fantastic. Right next to a great restaurant and just steps from the beach. Did alot of shopping just a couple of blocks down the road. Staying in South Tahoe was a great choice. The building attendant was gracious as well. Would definitely stay here everytime I visit Lake Tahoe
The unit is very outdated. The kitchen does not even have the basics to make coffee. You have to bring every last thing. For the he price it was sub-par at best. The listing states washer and dryer in unit. It is not. It's on another floor. I had rented the unit for that reason. I tried to contact the manager several times and I still have not received an answer. Disappointed
