Guests will have private access to the full unit during their stay, along with the included amenities for comfort and convenience. We like guests to enjoy their privacy, but we are available through the booking platform if anything comes up during the stay.

We`re thrilled to have you as our guest and want to ensure your stay is as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. To keep our space beautiful and welcoming for everyone, we kindly ask that you follow a few simple guidelines:

No Smoking: To maintain a fresh and healthy environment for all our guests, smoking is not allowed inside or outside the unit. We are a non smoking rental property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Any damages caused by smoking may result in additional charges.

Guest Count: For your comfort and safety, we ask that the number of guests staying matches the number on your reservation. This helps us prepare the space properly and ensures that everyone has a wonderful experience.

No Pets: While we love animals, we kindly ask that you leave your pets at home. This helps us keep the space clean and allergy-free for all our guests. Any unauthorized pets will incur a $175 additional cleaning fee and possible addition fees for any damage.

Respect for Neighbors: While you have a private unit, there are other condos in the building. We kindly ask that you be considerate of other tenants, especially during quiet hours. Your thoughtfulness helps everyone enjoy their time here.

House Rules: To keep our home in top condition for all guests, we kindly remind you that any broken house rules may result in a $150+ charge. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to offer a clean and peaceful environment for everyone.

    Nicely renovated condo with a screened in patio that overlooks the water inlet. Quiet neighborhood. Light and breezy decor with all the amentities you'll need. I had a little trouble figuring out the shower and the hot water but the Hosts were very helpful.

    I had the pleasure of staying at this vacation rental in the Punta Gorda Isles in January 2025. The unit was clean, the neighborhood was quiet and located so close to everything. I enjoyed everything about the place.

    We stayed at this condo for a wedding in November. We liked the ability to have an entire condo to ourselves with 2 bedrooms as we brought our 4 year old daughter. The condo was extremely clean and looked exactly as described by the pictures. It was very roomy and had everything we needed for our extended weekend Check in and check out process was very smooth. The location was perfect as it was a 5 minute drive to anywhere we needed to go. Would definitely recommend it and would stay again if we need to go back to Punta Gorda!

    This condo was absolutely beautiful. The view of the canal was great. I wish I had brought a pole. Inside was immaculate. Super quiet spot as well. Very close to Fisherman's village ($6 uber). I'd stay there again in a NY minute. The only critique I have, and this is the case with all these places. The owners very rarely spend any money on beds and tvs. The beds here aren't great unless you like very firm beds and don't mind that they sit on wheels (rail beds). When you move around in the bed it will make noise unlike a standard bed on a normal frame. Neither bedroom has TVs which makes zero sense to me. If you have a family or are staying with another couple would be great to have TV's in the bedroom. If you are with kids and it rains, then what do you do all day. Master bedroom needs some black out curtains for porch windows. For 800 bucks, you could buy two new smart tvs and a curtain. I mean spend a little money to make this great home perfect. Jack up the nightly price by ten bucks have it covered in a month. Outside of that, stay here and you will not be disappointed.
