Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred.

    Overall good. Kitchen should be upgraded with glasses and additional baking supplies. Furnace needs new filter and cover.TV service was sporadic at times.

    overall, our stay was fair.....The fire alarms went off 5 times...one time was at 5 am. The unit had a foul odor the entire stay and the master bedroom mattress was HORRIBLE. We did see a few bugs during our stay. The updates the owner did on the kitchen and bathroom were very, very nice.

    This unit has a beautiful gulf view, updated kitchen & restrooms, however; mattresses are horrible, my wife and I could not even use the Master Bedroom it’s so bad, mattresses in guest room just as bad. Sadly, other reviews claim the same, no action taken. The building is old, elevators are old, and security keys for building/pool/beach are ancient and outdated.

    7/24 This was our fourth stay at the Sea Winds. We love the location and the neighborhood. This year we were in apartment 703. It was clean; the kitchen has everything four people need- good quality of pots and pans although we do not cook a lot in Marco Island because of the excellent restaurants. My only complain is that the apartment didn't have a beach cart . It's tough to carry umbrellas, chairs, and cooler to the beach with kids and/or being in our 70's. We did enjoy our stay, and the view and the weather were perfect!

    A super property, so much so that I rented it again for my vacation next year, a super nice view, the room in perfect condition, with everything you need. The only thing I leave as a recommendation is that the internet is lousy, I think they should do something to improve it and with the issue of elevators that the day one of the elevators was broken and I lost 3 hours of enjoying and the day I left like the elevator again broken.

    The view from the living and master bedroom were great. Could even see the beach and ocean from the shower! We love Marco Island and the location of the condo. Items that need addressed: master bedframe needs replaced (first time laying on it the feet holding the bed fell and some missing), hard food dried on the silverware and dishes, and saw five bugs (I think cockroaches) throughout stay (even though they were supposedly there during stay to spray). Was nice to have a washer and dryer in unit.

    Overall this was a very nice condo and location. It has been remodeled and kitchen is especially nice. They could have been a little more attentive to details...just an example, the drawers on bathroom vanity do not open because they hit the doorway trim. It says sleeps 6 but space was pretty tight with our family of 5. The view is great though and on the beach in minutes. We loved being next to the Sunset Grille in the Apollo for food and cocktails. One issue not specific to condo but building itself was that we had no water for 24 hours. Not really their fault, but still annoying when paying a pretty high nightly price and being on vacation. They also did a water testing in the middle of the day which caused water to spray off balconies over the entire pool area while it was full of guests getting sun.
