Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

    The drains in both bathroom were severely stopped up. I had to clean the one out in the masters bathroom because the water was standing for about an hour

    This property was great minus the master shower not working properly. I called the first night and they said they would come. Day two I called and got a really nice lady who had the after hours maintenance come and he screwed in the shower handle. This worked for one shower and then not again. I called the next day and nobody came for the duration and I gave up. Other than this problem the condo at trip was great.

    This was the biggest dpace we have stayed in. We absolutely loved the huge balcony. The place was stocked full of utensils daily ware and everything we need to stay here for 5 days!! We only had to buy toilet paper! The atmosphere was very child friendly also. Just like the reviews the only rough spits were the parking and elevator use. Everything else was absolutely perfect!!

    This is a great place for families with children of all ages. Condo is great with plenty of room. Kiddie pool was a plus. Great location on the beach. Would highly recommend.

    I am a frequent VRBO user and hardly ever leave a negative review. But there were issues. We stayed at this condo a few years ago, and it has slipped since then. 1. Check in time is not flexible. In the past, owners/renters would work with you for an early check-in. Not here with Liquid Life. Although the property was vacant and cleaning complete by noon, there was zero felxibility. Check-in at 4pm - along with everyone else at the condo. 2. Do not even think about using the elevators from 4pm to 5pm. There are only 2 and they are slammed with everyone checking in. Wait time for an elevator for our trip up at check-in was 30 minutes. 3. When we got to the condo, the A/C was set at 82-degrees. Very inconsiderate for incoming guests. I set it at 72-degrees and it eventually cooled off. However, in the middle of the night I woke up sweating. When I checked the a/c it had reset to 78-degrees. It was on a cycle that I had to take if off of. 4. Although overall the condo was clean, there was a bloodstain on the sleeping pillon on the master bed. That's a pretty big miss by the cleaning crew. 5. Although there were plenty of open parking spaces, Liquid Life charged me $65 for a second parking pass. These used to be free, or at most $20. 6. The tv remote in the master bedroom did not work, and the Dish receiver in the living room had been disconnected. I had to reset it up. 7. Common areas at the hotel need a thorough pressure washing. Particularly the splash pad pool concrete.
