Seawind 505 | Beautiful updated condo! Amazing location! Splash pad for kids!

Nice condo with wonderful view of the beach. The indoor pool was not warm enough to use which was very disappointing. The hot tub is wonderful though.

Tastefully decorated with new vinyl plank flooring. Kitchen has about every gadget you could buy, even a waffle maker! Master bed was the best and sheets are the softest. The balcony has bar top Adirondack chairs that we’d like to take taken home (lol). Unit is steps away from the elevator, which makes it very handy.

Room overlooked the beach and it was gorgeous. It was off season so few people on the beach which we actually enjoyed. It was our childrens first beach trip so w/ it being a bit calmer I think really helped. Restaurant right next door was convenient (and delicious) We are already talking about planning a trip back next year.One recommendation- New pots/pans. We cooked breakfast every morning and even w/ spray or butter everything stuck. I think some nonstick ones would be great.

Condo was very clean and nicely furnished. Kitchen fully equipped including two different kinds of coffee makers. Beautiful view of the Gulf!

Nice & quiet except for the construction in a nearby room during for a couple of days. Guard on duty was not helpful when we asked whether which building we were supposed to go in. Had to call maintenance about the washer but was taken care of quickly.

This was a great location, the unit was clean and very comfortable. It was as advertised and then some. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Gulf Shores.My wife needed grab bars and a textured floor in the master tub due to her limited mobility but that is not a game changer.The splash pad was wonderful for the kids, and the unit was well supplied. The grills were also a pleasant surprise and charcoal was supplied.We were 100% pleased.

Check-in & Check-out extremely easy. Property was clean and peaceful. Perfect location for all the things.

Great property and great location

Our family had the best time. The property was clean and I can’t express how beautiful the view was! We watched dolphins from the balcony every morning. I would definitely stay here again! We had 4 adults and 3 teens, there was plenty of space for everyone. Would love an upgrade to the bedroom that seemed like an office. Other than that-excellent and I miss being there!

The condo, the beach and spending quality time with my family made this trip perfect! Thanks for a lovely place we called home for 7 days!

Wonderful location, beautiful condo. Our only issue was the air conditioning never cooled but I reached out to management so they can fix it prior to next guests arrival. Very friendly staff who always texts back promptly when you message them.

Property was pretty much as pictured and had just a beautiful view of the ocean! Great location, close to everything. I think the people in the condo above us were installing flooring or remodeling, it got a bit loud and annoying at times. Other than that, it was pretty quiet. The third guest bedroom was much smaller than expected, the bed and dresser pretty much took up the entire space and did not feel very welcoming or comfortable. The pool was closed for our entire stay, due to repairs, which I found out on our way to the condo. No fault of the owners of course! This was a pretty big disappointment, especially being that it was spring break time! The pool was small anyways, luckily the hot tub was still open! Wait times for the elevators were long at times so we used the stairs when we didn’t have luggage, groceries or a beach wagon along. Some things in the condo were a little worn looking but otherwise we had a comfortable stay. I would stay again just for that view!

The property was clean and as described. It was a convenient location. The only issue was that we were not made aware that the heated pool was closed and not available. This was something we were wanting to use. Otherwise, it was nice

Location was perfect so we could walk to the local restaurants. The beach was clean. Our condo worked well for the four of us. The work construction on the parking garage was loud but we weren’t in the condo much during the day. All & all, no complaints!

The condo was great . Right next to sea and suds seemed like you had your own restaurant

Excellent communication from managing group. Kept in contact with us regarding TS/hurricane Francine. Unit is as pictured. Very nice location. Nothing between you & the white sand. Would imagine the wait for elevators could be significant during peak months

Had an enjoyable time. Beach was so clean. Wasn’t too crowded. Rooms were very comfortable. Balconies were very relaxing. Thanks.

Perfect weather, perfect location, very nice condo.

We loved it there so close to the beach and kiddie pool we found lots of shells the beds were comfortable we would love to stay there again easy check in and check out we recommend Seawind 505 Thanks for a great vacation
