Seawind 504 by Liquid Life

This condo was beautiful! Exactly like the pictures!

Place was nice. Little water damage in the bathroom by the tub and we had to call a plumber in because the toilet wouldn’t flush (no plunger anywhere), but other than that, it was great!

This was a great place to stay with the family. Loved the pool for toddlers, the easy walk to the beach and that there was a souvenir shop/market right across the street. The pictures for the pool areas are deceiving but they were still enjoyable. The wait for the elevator was long and tested people’s patience. We stayed here for the Fourth of July and the Fireworks show was awesome! We will stay here again.

Stayed here for the Sand in my Boots festival. Prefect location, clean room, nice pools and right on the beach. Walking distance to the Hangout and restaurants.

We absolutely loved our vacation. Beautiful views of the beach. Close to shopping and dining. The condo offered great accommodations for the kids.

The unit would have been perfect however only after check in we were informed that the washer and dish washer weren’t working properly. Checked in on a Wednesday and out on Saturday still no washer. The company “Liquid Life” was contacted multiple times and only after asking were we allowed to access another unit 13 floors above ours to wash clothes. I feel like we should have known about these issues before check in and possibly given the chance to change units. This is a yearly trip and I once lived in the area so we did get out some. Most everything else about the unit was great. We had wonderful family time and enjoyed the beach one day. All in all we would probably stay here again. The customer service did everything they could to help to get us clean towels when we requested it so that was a win. The bunk beds were also broken by the previous tenants so we had to rearrange sleep spaces too.

Unit was nice and clean. Had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again. Communication for check in and building repairs happening was appreciated. Loved the entryway with the storage and hooks so we didn’t drag sand all over. Beds were so comfortable.

I would give this property 1000 stars on location! Walkable distance to restaurants and stores, with an incredible view! Check in was easy and we didn’t have too much interaction with the property management company since everything went as planned and as described. The beds were comfy and the front bunk room was perfect for our kids. They did say that it gets a little stuffy in the bunk room, but there is a box fan available. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything that we needed. While there are no beach chairs or umbrellas, there are tons of beach toys for use in a deck box on the porch. The porch is huge! My only suggestion would be to maybe add a lounger chair or small sofa on the porch. Love that lifeguards chair, nice touch! We will absolutely book this property again.

We stayed in the condo for 4 nights with 5 adults and 3 young kids, and it was absolutely perfect!! Property management was easy to get ahold of for questions and was always prompt in answering them! The kid’s pool was PERFECT for our 3 year old, and the super short distance to walk to the beach was amazing. We would absolutely stay here again!!

We really enjoyed our stay here at this condo. Good service! They stay in concact with you! Respond to every text very quickly. We loved it the only complaint we have with this condo and it has nothing to do with this condo itself is the elevators. Only 2 elevators for a 20 floor building you will wait and wait to get down. Wish there was more than that. But there is nothing wrong with this condo itself! Will for sure stay here again!

Enjoyed the stay with the large balcony and great views. This place was pretty much what you see in the pictures. Our grandson loved the kiddie splash area!

The property was clean and well furnished. Check in was easy, and communication with the owners was great. Everyone loved the beach, and we can’t wait to come back.
