Seawind 502 by Liquid Life

Everything was great, just a few complaints - the 2nd bathroom had mold in the bathtub and the condo is pretty dated. At these prices, we would have expected more updated. We have stayed many times at these condos in different units and the others had more updates. Probably would not stay in this one again.

Great location to beach and right across street from market. Easy access to all roads needed for baseball tournament we were heading to daily! Love the fact that there is donation for unopened foods for food pantry and community share of needs like umbrella, sand toys etc. only downside is the back patio door needs work and could barely open. Microwave is rusting and dishwasher is as well. But for all the positives place had for us and conveniences it was overall great experience!

We had a great stay at Seawind 502! The condo was just like the photos—clean, updated, and very comfortable. Everyone in our group agreed that the beds were some of the comfiest we’ve ever had in a rental, which was a huge plus. The view of the beach from the balcony was beautiful and made for some relaxing mornings and sunsets.The location was also super convenient—just a short walk or quick drive to plenty of shopping and great restaurants. It made everything really easy and stress-free.The elevators were a little slow at times (pretty typical for condo buildings), and parking was a bit tight—especially with larger trucks taking up extra space in the covered garage. It would’ve been better if those vehicles had parked in the outdoor lot.Other than that, everything was great. We’d definitely stay here again!

The outside was not so desirable. But once inside our room I was relieved. It was very clean and just like the pictures. The keep up on the splash pad was disappointing. But overall we had a great experience

Great location! Very clean and kid friendly.

Came out with my Wife and 6,3, and 19 month old. The kids pool and splash pad sold it for me. It was absolutely perfect. My 3 year old asked when we can go back. Great beach, easy walk to restaurants and if that’s not your thing fully stocked kitchen with all of the things you need to cook a great meal.

View wonderful. Beds horrible master sheets not clean and uncomfortable.

Second time staying at Seawind and it didn’t disappoint. The location is great with lots of shopping and food within walking distance. The condo was clean and well maintained. Elevators can be busy so we liked the 5th floor location so we could use the stairs.

Clean and perfect for our group

Great condo, great location, great access to the beach, great view of the ocean. There is a noisy fountain in the kid's pool just below the condo that prevented us from hearing the waves of the ocean which was a bummer; my ears actually got tired of hearing it run constantly. The parking spots in the garage are small but after we unloaded by the elevator then we started parking out of the garage which made it easier. We could still park relatively close to the entrance of the garage and the elevator. We will stay in the building again but because of the noisy fountain, we will look for different condo.
