Seawind 1708 | Updated condo with perfect beach view and walk to dine, shop, more!

Great location. Excellent accomodations. Incredible beach.

Beautiful view... excellent condo ..only downside were the massive traffic on the elevators...always busy and crowded..but the condo was great!

SeaWind is a wonderful property for families with kids of all ages. Zero entry pool for the little ones which I noticed is shaded in the afternoons by the building. Another indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub for everyone else. Beach is a very short walk from the elevators. There was a food truck on site this year for a quick convenient bite or drink. Sea-n-Suds is next door and has great food. Prepare for long wait times at all restaurants in the area. We had 1-2 hour wait times for dinner. Our room was as advertised. It was hard to find one with 2 BR plus bunk bed and this one fit the bill. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, and towels and linens were good quality. Bring your hand soap for sinks, toilet paper, and extra dishwasher and laundry detergent (you are given 2 of each).

Nice accommodations, but would appreciate more paper towels, toilet paper, and information on places to visit and restaurant suggestions.

The condo was clean and stocked well. The sliding glass door was not working well, very hard to open and close. The master bedroom pillows were horrible, very flat and uncomfortable. The shower liner was cheap and would not stay in place. Other than those couple of things, we were happy with our stay. Location was very important and satisfied our needs.

We really enjoyed the Seawind 1708 condo. Everything worked great, place was clean, great supply of linens for our stay. Management was quick to respond when called. We’d love to stay here next year!

We love the Seawinds. We have stayed here on 3 different vacations and all were wonderful. The rental company is fabulous and always in contact with you should you need anything. We definitely will stay here again.

Elevators were a little problem. Was ambiguous as to how to keep the door open until all parties were on. Sign should be on the outside as most people were using their hand to hold the door open which messed the doors up. Room was very clean and roomy. We had a great time. Loved sitting outside on the balcony but didn't really like the chairs. Everything worked well and no other complaints.

The only bad thing about this trip was leaving. We were there during hurricane Francine, but the property managers were in contact with us about conditions and storm prep. All in all, the condo was clean, the views were amazing. I recommend getting to the balcony around 9:30-10 am that's when you can really see the dolphins. The Shrimp Basket had the best seafood.

Everything was amazing!! The communication with them was the best! They were very helpful and they quickly responded whenever I needed help. Restaurants were super close to the condo and there was a small market in front of the condo which was great ! The view was amazing, everything was super great and clean. My family loved going to the balcony and watching the sunset!!

The place is clean

We visit GS every summer for our family vacation. This was our second time to stay in the Seawind Condos and I think it will be our go to place. 1708 was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family. Really liked the wagon, beach chairs, and other beach items that were available for our use in the laundry room. We even added to the items and left 3 unopened floats for the next guest!
