Seawind 1707- OMG View! Luxury Complex! Kiddie Pool! Hot Tub! CLEAN!

We had a great stay at Seawinds…stunning views over the Gulf of Mexico for sunrises and sunsets! Great access to the wonderful Gulf Shores beach too! Sadly the pool was closed for maintenance while we there. We hope to return one day soon!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great condo for the family without breaking the bank. Very clean and comfortable.

Condo was very nice. Probably wouldn’t stay there again. Elevator situation was not good, parking spots were extremely narrow, pool was very small.

A few minor inconveniences with not allowing us to check in on time and made to wait outside with 4 kids and old parents, and dishwasher was not accessible the first few days. BUT I know things happen - also wanting to note the host responds quickly, and was super helpful with any questions we had for the stay!

The property was clean and the location was great! The food trucks by the pool were perfect for when we wanted something quick to eat. With the Waffle House being right across the street it was perfect for our teenager's 2 a.m. craving. There is a Dollar General in the area so it made it was perfect for us to grab some last minute things for the condo without spending too much. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable and so was the one in the guest room however the bunk bed in the third bedroom wasn't. Our 10 year old complained about how uncomfortable it was. We also saw dolphins from the balcony a couple times. The other thing I liked was being able to parasail or take a banana boat ride right from the property. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!!

The photos didn't do the condo justice. The rooms were furnished and cleaned. It had everything we needed and the view was stunning!

My family had an amazing time at this beachside condo. The younger boys loved the pools! Great location and short enough to walk to shops and restaurants!

Property was clean upon arrival. Balcony view is nice. The indoor/outdoor pool was closed and has been for months we were told by the parking attendant. This was a huge reason for us choosing this property over others and paying more - so that really should have been communicated prior to booking as this is not a new issue. The 3rd bedroom/bunk room is the size of a walk-in closet. Other two bedrooms are nice.

Great property, great location for Shrimp Festival

We loved the location. The splash pad is great for little ones and the combo indoor/outdoor pool was heated for cloudy days which we loved. Our five year old granddaughter loved sleeping on the top bunk with her aunt on the bottom. We also loved being on the ocean side where we could see the water and sunsets. There is a Walkway to the beach. Enjoyed our stay!

Just what we needed! Family enjoyed staying in this condo. It is exactly as stated, and so much more! Can’t say enough good things about the condo, complex, pools, and beach! We’ve stayed here multiple times and highly recommend it!

Pros:The location/ view from the condo was perfect. It had everything we needed inside. Check in was a breeze. Cons: We had to pay $40 for two chairs and umbrella and $30 ea additional day, any place we have stayed at would usually cover that for two people . The walls were absolutely gross. Even though the dishes and sheets were clean there was not one room that the walls were not dirty in. Entire place smelled like mildew. We could not even use the closet in the master because it smelt like old water.
