Stayed Jul 4, 2023Great location but bad check in process. The area of the property had zero internet. After checked in, i didn’t see any bikes or golf cart like the reservation described, so I tried to get on the internet and tried to reach out to the host again. I pulled up the checkin email screen shot I saved in my photo and entered password. The password was wrong and I could not get on the Internet. After trying for 25 minutes, and at that point close to being late to a family dinner (had other families in town), I finally managed to found the correct Wi-Fi password on the modem, hidden below the end table in one of the bedrooms. By that time, the person answered the text said I did not filled out the waiver and upload my license and insurance. Therefore they cannot give me the golf cart. I told a person that I received one email before traveling about the check in, and nothing else about the golf cart. They texted me the link to complete the information and upload our insurance and drivers license information. The person told us that the golf cart key is in the kitchen, or on top of the fridge. We did a full search of the house, no golf cart keys. We were told we have to contact the office in the morning. Next morning at 9 AM, we contacted the office, we were told it would be quicker for us to go get the keys. My husband drove down, came back and load up the golf cart and got ready to go to the beach, The key they gave us was wrong. Bad experience. Great property though.

Stayed Jun 19, 2023We enjoyed all the amenities. The location was great. Walking distance from all the fun spots. The beach was a quick five minute walk across the street from our condo. There was a path designated for guests of the Seaview Villas. The pool was practically in our backyard. We will be back again!

Stayed Jun 13, 2023We could never get the TVs to work correctly in the two smaller bedrooms. Panhandle getaways listed this unit with a complementary golf cart and bicycles when we arrive there we found out through multiple phone calls that this was not the case. That being said they did the right thing and delivered a golf cart for us to use on our trip. I would use them again.

Stayed May 26, 2023The listing of the property stated that a golf cart was included and even has a picture of it as well! Arrived to only find out that this was not the case! 80%of why I rented this property was because of the golf cart being provided. I have a health challenge currently and needed the golf cart instead of bikes to get around easily. Terrible advertisement and I should be partially refunded!!!
