Welcome to “Seaview Hideaway”, located conveniently beachfront on the white sand beach of Marco Island.

This newly renovated condo offers beautiful views from two large balconies on the 11th floor; which provide spectacular views of Gulf of Mexico and the City of Marco Island. Enjoy your coffee or drinks from the balconies which provide year round sunset and sunrise views and beautiful city views.

The condo features 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, to accommodate a total of 4 adult guests comfortably.
The fully furnished living space and open-concept dining area lead directly onto one of the wrap-around balconies. The bedrooms are connected by the east balcony showcasing incredible sunrises and beautiful evening views of the city. The Main Bedroom features a king bed, dresser, large closet and in room master bathroom. The other bedroom features two twin beds.

“Seaview Hideaway” is located in the Admiralty House, an elegant building with on-site security from 9AM-5PM. The lobby is very welcoming and a nice place to relax while waiting for friends or family to arrive. The unit has one assigned, covered parking spot conveniently located close to the building. There are short-term and long-term spots if additional parking is needed. The property is nicely maintained with strict no pet and restricted smoking policies. There are only six units on each floor and two elevators making for short wait times. Each floor has a free washer and dryer, which is readily available due to the number of units on each floor. Garbage and recycling is also conveniently located on each floor. The gorgeous pool area has 2 grills, which allow for relaxing evenings of cooking out while enjoying the beautiful sunset. Other building amenities include 2 tennis courts, bike storage (there are nearby bike rental shops), lawn area with chickee huts and lounge chairs, social room with games and books, and of course, a wonderful heated pool.

“Seaview Hideaway” is located within walking distance to N Collier Blvd. This is a great location for access to shops, dining, and grocery shopping.

    The Seaview Hideaway is the perfect place to enjoy your Marco Island vacation. We thoroughly loved our month’s stay in March in this beautiful unit. The views have the best of both worlds. We spent our mornings having coffee and taking in the wonderful view of the beach and ocean. Later in the day we topped off the day with a glass of wine and taking in the most beautiful view of the many sunsets. At night we would sit on the “other” balcony overlooking the city of Marco Island, which is a great light show. The condo itself has everything and can’t be beat! It has up to date smart TV’s in the bedrooms, as well as the QLED in the living room. The décor is very nice and has many updates, including a very well equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The owners have made sure you can enjoy the beach with beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella and cooler. We can’t say enough of how nice they were and how much they went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay, including an awesome welcome basket filled with many goodies, as well as our favorite coffee, not to mention providing us with our favorite coffee maker. They were also very helpful and responsive to our needs and requests. We would definitely stay there again!!!
