SeaSpray 312 is an Oceanview condo, located on the third floor, with 2-Bedrooms, 2-Baths, living area and full kitchen. Living Area features beautiful views, comfortable seating, and TV with premium cable channels. Equipped with High Speed Wireless Internet for your convenience! Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed, TV with premium cable channels, and a private full bath. Bedroom #2 has 1 Queen Bed, 1 Twin Bed, TV with premium cable channels, and access to the Shared Full Bath.

Amenities Include: 3 TVs with premium cable channels, Fully Equipped Kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with attached ice maker, stove/oven, and toaster. Covered Deck with Furniture.

Community Pool typically open Easter - October 10am - 10 pm

Complex rentals are ONLY allowed two (2) parking passes, which are numbered. Renters MUST check into the Atlantic Beach Office for these to be assigned.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
