Seasons Penthouse Condo ... it's time to relax!

We stayed her for 4 nights and couldn’t be happier. Debra was an amazing host. She communicated with us through the initial rental process and happily answered any questions or concerns that I had. This place was spotless, warm, inviting with anything we needed for our stay. Highly recommended and definitely will be staying again!! Thank you Debra.

Clean, neat and great value!!

This property is located in the back of the seasons resort. From the porch you have a view of the open field below which was helpful to check on my kids. The unit has wifi and a computer to use. Kids were happy with their phones/ tablets. Kitchen was great as well as the table. We made some nice dinners to save on food expense. The owner has board games to play and one night we all played monopoly with my son who loved the game. Over all I highly recommend this unit. The loft had bunk beds plus 2 other beds plus an out door deck which the kids also liked. The master bedroom has a large bath Jacuzzi. If this unit is available to rent during your time off I would recommend renting it. Deb the owner is very nice. She recommended some restaurants my wife loved. She also included soaps/shampoos etc. Hope to rent again on my next trip up north.

It was a great place, it had everything we needed, close to ski areas.

This condo is what we expected having stayed at the Seasons resort before. It was clean, comfortable, convenient, and well appointed. Nothing fancy but it was just right. We appreciated the fact that we didn't have to run out and buy toilet paper and paper towels or hand soap. Either the owners or previous tenants left common items. This made life so much easier. The owner, Deb, was a pleasure to work with. She answered all questions and was very friendly. I would recommend renting.

I'm renting this property for 4 years. I would recommend this property to anyone.

We stayed for five nights with two families. The condo was well equipped and plenty of room. Very clean!! The kitchen is great with new appliances all the cookware you'll need to take care of a big group. The condo is located close to the clubhouse for quick trips to the pool and hot tub. Attitash and North Conway only minutes away. This will become our go to rental for trips to North Conway.

We were lucky enough to spend 4 nights at this property, 3/4-8/2015. WOW; talk about the perfect location! Just down the street from Attitash, and a short ride from Wildcat and all of the great shopping and dining in town at North Conway. Can't beat it! The condo, itself, was very clean and had all of the conveniences of home; full kitchen, washer/dryer, cable TV, stereo, free WiFi, and an efficient wood stove that kept the place warm and toasty. Definitely looking forward to booking this property again.

My family of 5 (3 teens) had plenty of space in this well appointed penthouse condo. The loft area was a perfect retreat for the kids after hitting the slopes all day. This condo was exceptionally clean and everything was as described. I will definitely look to stay here again. It's a perfect location for skiing, leaf peeping or hitting the Saco River and hiking trails. I had no reason to contact the owner during our stay, but our communication prior to the trip was excellent. It truly felt like a home away from home.

We spent a long winter weekend in this condo with our kids. It was a great experience. The condo was very warm and welcoming upon arrival and the club house kept our kids busy with the pool, jacuzzi and game room! We would definitely return.
